I recommend anyone and everyone to go see Katie at Balanced Living!! She is great at pinpointing areas that need work and somehow makes you feel amazing after. Shes great at answering any questions you have and is so excited to meet new people. 4 stars

Balanced Living Holistic Care
I saw Katie on a few different occasions as I've always had trouble sleeping. Last night I booked a session for her to run my Access Bars. I went home and had a deep sleep which hasn't happened in ages! If you feel like you've exercised every alternative, try seeing Katie! I would highly recommend!
