I tried calling them over 10 times for two days in a row but the staff don't even bother answering the phone.I had to waste my time and drive there for a simple question.This message is for the staff at the post office: If you hate your job you can simply quit it. Go flip burgers at mcdonald's next door instead, you'll probably be more useful working there.

Woman was rude to me over the phone regarding an inquiry I had about a package and refused to answer any questions I had and cut me off mid-sentence just to keep repeating herself. Love that she did nothing for me and I wasted my time thinking I would get anywhere given typical Post Office shenanigans anyways.

Contrary to the other comments, I actually had a really good experience here. Was here today around (Sat) 12pm, and the lady that helped us (Asian lady, probably Filipino - forgot to ask her name) was absolutely lovely and helpful. It was not busy at this time, and she helped with our queries as we don't post regularly. I told her she was an absolute delight, and her response was lovely: I love my job. We all have to be nice to others." The world needs more attitudes like that."

Horrible service. There is a staff who always refuse to print the receipt to customer. Today Apt 20,2023 at about 5:30pm this female staff told me that no more Receipt from now on again. But I always get receipts from other staffs

One of the slowest post offices I've been in, an absolute time vampire compared to when Creditview PO was still open. Canada Post should be ashamed of how bad they've let this get.

Staff is nice and friendly but there is always some problem going on like today they were learning new system and hence closed operations in the morning without any notice. They were apologetic about it though.
