Was referred here by Samsung Canada to do warranty work as an authorized dealer and it was a great experience. My galaxy watch had issues with the step count and heart rate sensor and they had fixed it by next day. Great experience here from both individuals I dealt with and man and lady.

I took my Huawei smartwatch for a repair (covered by warranty) and I had a great experience with them. Jess was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. She explained everything clear and after I dropped the smartwatch, she called me just after 3 hours when I expected it to take longer. After I went back,she explained the issue and answered my questions fully. She is very professional with a warm and lively personality. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Jess.

I brought my Samsung watch 4 which was under warranty to be repaired as one day it just decided not to start.It was repaired in a quick and timely manner. The customer service lady I dealt with was great and they also appeared to repair e-bikes there.

Only reason for giving this lower score is that they don't have technicians on site. You woukd have to keave your phone. The good news is that they suggested I go directly to Samsung store in yorkdale mall that has them on site. Great service otherwise!

Can't believe their service. I got my monitor cracked and I went there to find out the repairing cost. That was all I wanted to know. They said I need to pay $60 to see how much it would cost. And it's not refundable.And I asked whit if it costs more than its original cost? And they said I must pay diagnostic fee first to find out the repair fee.I believe that they have been doing this kinds of services for a long time and they must have sort of price range from their experiences. What if the repairing fee is more than its original cost? It doesn't make sense at all.

Took my Samsung Odyssey G7 here for warranty repair. It was easy to communicate the issues I was having and Li ordered the parts and fixed my monitor in excellent turnaround. You can tell the monitor was handled with care and the workmanship is quality. It looks like it came from the factory and the picture is even better than when I first bought it.Great work Li, will recommend!

I came here because I was referred to Phone MD from Samsung Canada customer service for my broken Galaxy Watch Active 2.Jess provided such great customer service when I arrived! Her and her team were able to diagnose my watch issues easily and offered me multiple options on how to proceed.She also gave me great advice on what she would do if she was in my position and I really appreciated that. Unfortunately the repair costs for my watch didn't make financial sense for how old my watch was, so decided to forgo getting it repaired.Overall I had such a great experience even though I didn't get my phone repaired here. If I have another electronic device that needs to be repaired I would definitely come back here.

Great and fast service, also Jess at the front counter in awesome! Dropped of a Motorola edge plus for a screen replacement at 12.30pm then i got a call at 3.30pm on the same day that the phone was ready for a pickup.

This was recommended by Sony Canada. My TV needed some maintenance and so I contacted them. The process was straight forward, everything was cleared to me. Got the TV back a week later.

Wow! I'm just so blown away with the service here. We brought our watch here after months of waiting for the Samsung experience store to repair it and they wouldn't communicate with us or do anything. Our warranty was running out so we came to Phone MD, dropped it off on a Thursday afternoon and got it right to my door the following Monday. The person who helped us was so informative, helpful and very friendly. Thank you for your service!
