We had new bathroom lights installed in our main floor bathroom. I was a little worried about the wiring because our house is older. We called 360 Comfort Systems and they sent Edward. He was prompt and professional. He did an inspection to make sure all wiring was done right and to code and was properly hooked up. He assured us all is good. That really gave us peace of mind. Thank you so much 360 Comfort Systems!

I had a heat pump installed at my house in Nov 2022. The salesperson (Lucas) had great ideas where to install the outside and inside units. The installation technicians were awesome. They were very deliberate and precise in the installation. They did for me what no other heat pump company could even propose, that's why 360 won my business. They demonstrated the system features proficiently, cleaned up after the work was done and there was minimal disruption during my work day. I highly recommend this company for a heat pump installation.

I am glad I found 360 Comfort Systems. I was having great difficulty finding a company that had reasonable prices with an expeditious installation. They “fit the bill”.I was particularly impressed with the quality the installation. The crew arrived well prepared and carried out their work in a professional and skillful way. The men were courteous and sensitive to my suggestions as the homeowner . They solved a particularly difficult wiring problem in our old house and placed the thermostat in a perfect location. The ductwork was modified well to match the new furnace and sealed with metallic tape. The exhaust & intake tubes, the condensation & gas lines were well installed.I am sure their installation will serve our heating needs for many years to come. The crew even brought their own vacuum cleaner and removed all the construction dust and dirt. They left the place spotless.I recommend 360 Comfort Systems highly and am sure you would have a similar experience. We need more companies like this serving Victoria!!

We contacted 360 Heating Systems on recommendation. They were professional and accessible. Liam came out for the initial visit and took the time to assess our needs and explain everything. He arranged our energy audit and install within a couple of weeks. The install techs, Kyle and Conner, electrician Errol, and crews were awesome and worked fast and efficiently. We have absolutely no complaints about the whole process and highly recommend 360 Heating Systems.

We had two very nice ceiling cassettes and a ductless heat pump installed. It took over a month from start to finish to actually have everything working because of numerous road blocks along the way. James Nordlii worked with us once we got to the point of complete frustration and he did a great job helping us out and never left us hanging like our salesperson did once we signed the deal. Jun (one of the techs) also made sure we were happy, he is respectful and knows his job. The only reason the company didn’t get 5 stars from us is because it took so long, we had numerous no shows for appointments (and missed time at work) and the salesperson misguided us on several things such as where we could have a heat pump installed and whether or not we had enough power on our electrical panel. We had to get a major electrical upgrade but only found out once the system was fully installed. In the end, all was taken care of and the system does work really well, although we have not had the chance to use the A/C yet. Now that it’s installed though, I have not heard back about a question I had regarding the two different remotes. Still waiting. Sent a text to their text line several days ago. So if you have time and money to get this done, go for it, because my house has never been warm until now!

Update 3, after several days of back and forth, all repairs are finally complete and paperwork also in my hands so i can finalize the rebates. Ended up with a 2000.00 discount for the gas leak and shoddy initial installation. Personally I would recommend micro managing the office staff as their communication is poor. The installer and salesperson do not speak to each other, so ensure you read the work order fully.Update 2, a second set of trucks came by and upgraded my gas line to code. A 2 day install took 3 weeks to complete. I still have not received a final bill, and I was offered a $500 discount for a gas leak that lasted 20 hours before I caught it. I am into week 4 now, so let's see how much longer this takes.Update, a week later the Super Plumbers came back and re did a lot of the work. 2 more trucks, 4 contractors and another day down yet still not completed. There will be yet another visit to replace the gas line.I have to admit, this was a very poorly planned installation. I ordered a complete set up, new furnace, air conditioner, and on demand hot water tank. $30,000.00 The job was planned for 60 days prior to installation date. More than enough time to order, and have ready, everything you could need for the installation. When the contractors arrived, 3 trucks, and 6 service personnel worked away for 1 day installing everything on the furnace and part of the AC system. On the second day, the AC system was installed, however the contractor who was supposed to install the hot water on demand had another job to do, so it was a second night without hot water, but i understand, emergencies happen. When i checked the install the following morning, the pipe leading out of the chimney cap was not sealed with anything and just left open to the air.On day 3, the on demand hot water contractor showed up, and then left for 3 hours to get parts" showing back up at noon and working away until 6pm that night. He even had to call and ask another person to help him finish off the job.The following morning

Had a heat pump installed in my house in November, the 360 team was excellent, all departments of the install came together like peanut butter and jam. Laughlan at the warehouse, Mike in the sheet metal department and James the installer all made things easy and simple for me.

I would like to say that Sean, Erroll, John and Coleton all provided 5* service the past 2 days while they installed a new ducted Heat Pump system into my home. They were kind and considerate, well mannered and very proficient with what they did. They worked hard and explained everything along the way. I would gladly recommend this company and their workmanship to others. Thanks for a job well done.Margaret Corbett

Edit: 360 has given this a lot of attention after my review, everyone was friendly and apologetic. Now the job is complete to my satisfaction. I did have to keep on top of them until every aspect was complete. Jenny was really great and helped out sending people until every issue was resolved. It took a total of three more trips to my house to finish the job. If the job had been completed in this manner initially I would have given five stars however the whole experience was only a two star (increased from one star).CAUTION!!!!I hadn’t heard anything terrible about 360 Comfort Systems but I have to say I can confirm they are unorganized, unscrupulous and unprofessional.I paid for a top of the line system with air cleaning. My install was in the first week of August and I trusted they knew their stuff so I let them do their work without interruption. They asked for payment on completion and I paid the balance in full.I went down to take a look at the system and the cold air return wasn’t hooked up and there was a random wire that went to no where installed and they hadn’t installed any of the air cleaning or filtration. Additionally the doors of the closet the heat pump is housed were completely removed and that seemed to be intentional because the copper lines connecting to outside are in the path of the sliding doors. I was then told they didn’t have the air filter or UV light I had ordered (even though I had ordered it two months earlier) and this is why the return wasn’t fitted. This left my system pulling air from the downstairs closet and supplying air to the upstairs and downstairs but not pulling air from upstairs.360 didn’t communicate for months until mid December and then called and asked for more money saying I hadn’t paid for the electrical. I told them I was willing to pay but the job had to be complete. Finally in mid January they arrived and said the job was complete, but in reality it wasn’t.At the time of writing this on February 15, 2023 a full six months and one week after their initial install, they still haven’t installed the UV filter, they left a live wire (I have kids) to install the UV filter, the doors are still not hung back on their track, if they were, they couldn’t close properly because the copper lines are in the way (there’s a foot behind the unit that they could’ve used), there’s one of the duct lines just hanging in the back they did not connect and they did not cap the flue from my previous gas furnace which means I’m losing heat to a flue effect. Further they said they would help me with my federal rebate, but they haven’t at all. The last piece is they didn’t install a condensate pump and they have charged me for it but because I don’t know exactly what I’m looking at they just kept the money and didn’t say anything. They asked if they could make a few holes for lines but now I have EIGHT holes in my ceiling/walls.My overall feeling is that the company takes advantage of customers who don’t know what they are looking at. I had a different company install a hot water tank for me and help me with looking at the system and they were appalled. Please consider other companies before buying from 360 Comfort Systems.Edit: I will add photos when I can figure out how to.
