PURAIR was great to work with. Their technician showed up on time and his estimated time required for the service was spot on. Evan did a great job cleaning the air ducts and dryer vents and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. They are very communicative and quick to respond to messages. Great company!!

PURAIR emailed reminder information prior to my appointment. Jason, service technician called 45 minutes prior to my appointment letting me know exactly when he would arrive. He wore booties when he entered my house and explained the vent cleaning procedure. He answered all my questions. Once he finished he showed me what had been collected and he reviewed my costs. Jason was very professional. I was extremely happy with the service I received. Thank you.

Great company! I appreciated the text reminders about the service and the easy booking online.We had a great experience with Evan. He was professional, friendly and answered any questions that we had.He left the house just the way he started and cleaned up any messes that he made while cleaning our ducting and dryer vents.We had an issue with our furnace not working right and he came back as soon as we contacted him and fixed the problem. Really appreciated the quick turn around time!We will be return customers for sure. Thank you for such a great experience!
