They did one of our windows and fixed our garage door. They had to return both times because of an error with frame size for the window, and the spring on the garage door they they replaced broke. I dealt with the two owner sons for the garage door and they were friendly and accommodating. The window folks were having a bad day I think, and it was reflected in their manner of conversing, however overall, they did good work.

Pros:- Politeness by both customer service and technician.- Honest on analysis and price.- OK service.Cons:- Back-and-forth on trying to schedule first appointment.- Waited almost an entire month from first appointment (analysis ~25 min.) until second (replace two operator hands ~15 min.). Which in meanwhile one of the windows remained slightly opened. So extra AC consumption and post-rainy days drying paid a role on this review.- For payment, credit card info had to be provided by phone to customer service.Overall, just a normal service.

Wow! INCREDIBLE service! We had 2 windows replaced yesterday and received excellent service. This was our 3rd time using DP MARCHAND. The installers were professional and curtious, and very clean and respectful of our home. We will definitely refer this company to others. Thank you for the wonderful service and great quality windows! I wish we could give more then 5 starts!

Needed a new window that is somewhat big with a new patio door. When we had arrived at this store no one ever got up to show what they had and gave a quote that was over priced. Went somewhere else not far from there and ended up paying over 5000$ less then there quote. If they would of taking the time to understand what I needed might of ended better

We have used D&P Marchand since 2004, on 4 different properties for complete home window replacements as well as garage doors and adding a new window through a brick wall. The team is very professional, and they are meticulous in their planning, explanations and execution of the work. The products are also top quality and we will continue to use their services for all future projects, big or small. Currently they are planning the work to replace all the windows in a duplex on the Plateau Mont-Royal!

This is a really rare company these days, they really stand by their word and trust/their reputation is very important to them. There was a misunderstanding regarding a quote but they stood by their word and made it right with us. The owners were so pleasant to deal with and the work came highly recommended by my neighborhood network. I highly recommend and I would use them again without hesitation. Thank you!
