Our kids have been taking group piano lessons at Ava for about 6 months. The staff are very friendly and professional, the facility is clean and organized, and we have been very happy with the kids' instructor. She sends a detailed email after each lesson with progress reports and homework to practice.It's been a good intro to music for our kids and we would recommend Ava for people starting into music. I anticipate the same positive experience when our kids progress into private lessons.

My son has been taking music (piano and guitar) lessons at Ava for 6 years now. Staff at Ava is not only talented and highly skilled but also super friendly. We always stepped into the school and found a warm and welcoming environment. Mario, his guitar teacher, is great and my son has improved a lot his skills having a large repertoire.

My daughter Ava has been going there for 6 years now. She has loved everyone from Heather, Bujin, and some other teachers since she has been there. Her piano lessons with Julia are amazing and she learns a lot while having fun. The pre-professional program ran by Ava and Sierra are superb as well. Let's their imagination run free, providing them with an outlet for their creativity. The staff has always been kind, courteous and willing to answer whatever questions or concerns you may have as they have done for us throughout the years. They are like family. Highly recommended without any hesitation.

My 4 kids absolutely love Ava Music! Rafael has always a great time with Mario, Izzy just found herself with Ava’s passion for musical theatre and my little twin girlsBibi and Gigi have a blast every class! Heather and all the staff are so helpful, engaged, passionate and lovely! Thank you for so much!☺️

Very professional and they provide an excellent service. The music teacher (Bujin)is excellent and punctual. My daughter has improved a lot and always looks forward to her next lesson.

We Don't Recommend!!!I would like to share my experience after 1 year of using this institution - first of all the service was so poor, one day, I asked a question about my credit card and why been charged twice, after a few emails between me and the manager, they asked me your son no longer with us and find somewhere else. My son got hurt (he had a good relationship with his teacher) because of an adult discussion, I & my son had a very bad experience with this institution, and he still misses his teacher. I wish you peace and love.

We absolutely love Ava! Miss Tia has been fantastic with our very energetic 6 year old. Miss Heather was also extremely patient and thoughtful in helping us to understand the classes and determining the path that made sense for our child. We appreciated that they really wanted to get to know our child and make sure we were setting him up for success and a life long love of music! The knowledge these teachers have is amazing and the excitement our son has for class in incomparable to other activities.

My daughters have fantastic instructors. They always look forward to their schedule that even though we moved to Surrey, they still want to continue their lessons at Ava Music. The effort and guidance that the instructors are providing throughout the years are greatly appreciated. Also, big thanks to Heather and staff for the great work! Thanks for the reminders and for always accommodating our request on the changes in the lesson schedule.
