Walmart Supercentre

There are NEVER enough self checkouts open. People wait in line too long every single day. This so called supercentre has the worst management in the history of business. This walmart never stocks enough important products and i find it to be extremely frustrating and to be a waste of time MOST of the time.

Wonderful service at Walmart today. I visited the vision centre early as my favourite glasses have a badly scratched lense and decided to get it fixed as wearing my old glasses until late fall when I get my checkup and usual new glasses. Theresa was very helpful and informed me that my glasses are still under warranty and can be fixed. She could see the scratch guard and anti fog films appeared to be worn and would create a problem. I should have done this month's ago but never thought about a warranty. I am so happy, the service was really good. The outcome even better. Thank you Walmart.

When I first moved to Medicine Hat It was a wonderful store over the new year I find they only have at most three self checkouts open and less than half of there regular check outs, not worth it to go in and buy an odd thing when you have to wait in line forty five minutes, they have a lot of people standing around for what I think is loss prevention which I understand, but it would be nice to either have more self checkouts or have them work as a cashier to get the lines going faster the store is clean and everyone seems friendly its just the wait time I find annoying. If you have an hour or more to spend then it's not a problem but if you want to run in for Advil, milk, something small it's better to go somewhere else

If you have more than one kid, don't bother. They've gone to one seat shopping carts. Go to superstore where at least your kiddos can ride in comfort.

Well I found a better deal at Walmart so that’s where I bought the cart I needed.Again the store was clean and well organized.I couldn’t find the cart where I had seen them a week before in the aisle.No problem! Lead Associate Ben was unloading a pallet. He just dropped it out of the way and brought me the right aisle to find what I needed.Every dollar counts these days so I am happy to say this is a better product for my needs and I still paid less.Thanks again Ben!

Walmart is so pungent, it burns nose hairs. Also, my child was crying, so I told her to pick out a new toy to make her feel better, and someone commented that I didn't know how to parent. Plus I went to get ice cream there was no triple orange chocolate delight with whipped cream. The audacity!!! The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because the employees were nice.

Would be a four star if Walmart would revert to their original return policy. They are now not accepting returns on anything without a receipt.Location is well laid out. Excellent selection for people commuting through on holiday, there is tons of recreational gear and travel friendly food.Tentatively recommend.

I can't go below that -5 star.I ordered tempoline mat online on 3 may and rcpected delivery 12 may. They sent me email u r order will be late and on 18 may canceled order. I called customer service not a good service just apologized and sorry. Please don't order anything online. Same product avilable with $40 more i think that's reason they canceled my order.
