If I could rate them higher I would. Fast awesome service brought the car in late by accident still did the service. And fixed the issue cheaper the actual dealer would. Cannot recommend enough

I'm from Victoria. Car started making a squealing noise from the rear end right before a trip to Courtenay. They took me in on short notice, addressed all the issues and more. I was very pleasantly surprised at the cost. Warm friendly staff. If I could give 6+ stars I would.

Amazing!! From the moment I spoke on the phone with Audrey until the service was complete everything was perfect. I was in town only for a brief period and needed the brakes done entirely, rotors, calipers and pads! I called the morning of and somehow they managed to fit me in. I was not guilted out or made to feel like they did me a special favor, they just did it, without complaint. I was offered a ride to where I was headed, office staff were so professional and respectful as were the mechanics that were in and out of the office as I was there. When I picked the vehicle up the owner, Dan, introduced himself and took the time to show me the parts removed from my vehicle and explained everything. Really great service from entire staff. Honest, well priced. For brakes and oil changes DN far exceeds Kal tire. I've been coming here for 7 years.

Dan and Nadine are awesome! Always honest and upfront about the work and great to deal with. I always recommend their shop to friends and family and will continue to have my vehicles serviced there.

The service I received was top notch, as usual. I bring all of my vehicles here for repair or service and they treat me right. This is my go to shop. Best in town.

Dan and his team are amazing! Each person in the shop was eager to help with my truck issues, squeezed me in on a busy day with no apparent stress on their end, and I felt really heard even though I’m a total truck laymen. Then they made sure I was comfortable with the end result, and the prices were more than fair. Would highly recommend and will be using them from now on.

Being a female car owner its refreshing to find a mechanic shop that's honest! Natalie and Audrey are amazing and you gotta love a shop where the guys are singing while they work!

Are you allowed to just rave about how nice everyone is?? This team of kind folk are so accommodating and service oriented. Also, their prices are fair and so I can easily recommend them! So grateful to have found a mechanic I can trust.
