Great pharmacists, I’ve been going here for two years and they have always been very good to me.

I don't know if these reviews are doing anything, but I just want to help folks (especially students). Seriously, choose a different practice. I came by today at 8:30 to get a refill on my medication before class started at 9. The place opens at 8:30, but by 8:37 they were yelling at the customers outside and refusing to let us in. One guy actually swore back at them because of the rude things they said to him. I was let in at 8:40, and ended up being late to my class. I don't know how to switch pharmacies, but if I could I would.

Close to my house. Post office clerk need to know to use the words of ....hi there ..how are you .... Thanks.... Smile.... common human decency.... Very foreign to her.

Now that the pandemic is over, you would think that restrictive business hours would be a thing of the past. Not so at this pharmacy! For example, for a pharmacy to close at 5:30 pm on a Friday evening is completely unacceptable. You should consider re-establishing normal business hours as soon as possible. Otherwise, local residents like me will go elsewhere. Besides, without clientele from the nearby apartment buildings, you wouldn’t have a business!

We have been very happy with the service offered by the pharmacists, who are always busy and friendlyThis morning I had a different requirement. I was going to the store to pick up some drugs.i fell up a step from the parking lot went face first first onto the concrete path and cut my face and know badly. I went into the pharmacy with blood dripping off my hands snd face the senior pharmacist saw me and took action immediately. He spent a long time caring for my wounds. He was compassionate and looked after me until the bleeding was under control. I wsh to thank you for this excellent service

This place has completely changed. It has been a long time since I took my medication from this pharmacy but I never faced such bad behavior before. On Tuesday, I wanted to ask the assistant to fax my prescription to doctor but there was short bald man that was very rude and mean, he told me to go call your doctor to send us new prescription, I said i already talk with doctor’s office they told me to ask pharmacy to fax, he ignored me and walk away. on Friday my doctor send new prescription. When I went to pick my medication I faced that stupid guy again, he asked me “are you here for the vaccine”. I said no I am here to pick up my meds, he was very impolite and said to wait. it took 10 minutes and he ignored me. After a while the lady who helped the other 2 customers too came and apologized and asked if she could help me. I was very mad and upset but the way she served me was much better than him, I really feel sorry that kind of uneducated people make the place miserable.

Exceptional customer service alive and well at this Guardian Pharmacy. In the space of 15 minutes over the lunch hour I experienced and witnessed 3 other fantastic customer service moments from 2 of the attending pharmacy team. I was personally helped with various issues involving my insurance provider and a claims problem while I saw quick service and 2 prescription issues handled to the complete satisfaction of the other customers involved. Not sure if I have been pandemic deprived but these people were helpful, polite and seemingly embarrassed by the praise I gave them in the moment. Wow!!!!

I never thought I’d review a pharmacy, but here we are. This is an exceptional pharmacy. They really work hard to make sure they take care of you and help answer all your questions. They take their time and have been great with helping on all new prescriptions. It is a great store and always ready to serve. I recommend this to everyone who is looking at having a reliable pharmacy.
