the cashiers are great and friendly but the pharmacy is absolutely horrid. make me wait 20 minutes just to tell me they cant give me the birth control i need?? ive been in customer service, i understand having bad days, but when each time they give me attitude for making their own mistake, it uhhhh makes me a little upset.

Lia , customer service/cashier was rude. no eye contact, no smile, no greeting and she made me fee as if I was an interruption. unfortunately I needed a cashier for my transaction bc I would have been happier dealing with the self check out machine.

They always treat me with the great respect and care a great deal about all my concerns regarding not only my Rx's but also my supplements and they willingly and eagerly answer any and all of my questions. I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years and would not consider going elsewhere. Also, the non-pharmaceutical staff is always friendly and everyone greets me with a smile. I truly value the relationship I have with everyone at this Shoppers.

Wasnt too happy to see they had all the cashiers closed and forcing customers to use the self check outs.As if enough people are not unemployed this store is going to artificially boost their self check out sales so make it seem like even less cahiers are needed. Ill go across the street to Valu-Mart where they care about the future of their workers

I go to this Shoppers mainly for the pharmacy. The staff in the pharmacy are top notch! Always very helpful, friendly and provide overall great customer service.

100% awful customer service! my grandma went in a couple days ago and tried to ask this young lady some simple questions and she was completely ignored by the cashier on her phone. I’m not one to complain but it made my grandma nervous about shopping again specially thinking she wasn’t going to get the answers or help she’s looking for. I do not recommend this shoppers. The cashiers name was Nicole I hope if she see this that she understands that you’re there to work and help out not to play on your phone.

Amazing pharmacists, they provide all kind of medical consultation and help for my children all the time. Really the best feature I feel is this shoppers drug mart in belle river. I deeply thank all pharmacists for the great help.

Called about getting an advance on my scripts Friday because I am almost out, pharmacy technician puts me off till Monday, call this morning at 9:30 and pharmacist tells me she will fill 30 days for an extra charge of $15.00, get there at 2:30 and pharmacist forgot to fill it so I have to wait then they tell me they ran out of one of my scripts and I have to come back in a couple of days. If you had taken action on Friday and not put me off I would have all my scripts, so incredibly not happy
