Ship here often and always have had a great experience. Staff is always helpful, I usually ship every two weeks and have numerous parcels.

Closed even if it's supposed to be open. Marked open everywhere but once there it's closed.

Very long wait, avoid if you can, the guy is super slow

If I could I would give 0 stars. Worst package pickup experience I had. I had ID and my Canada post voucher in hand, spoke to the incompetent woman working at the desk. They were a lot of people in line so she said I can't go look for your package because otherwise im gonna make the others wait... It sounded like she didn't want to go look for it, I protested a bit but saw that it wasn't worth the fight. Isn't the mail /packages supposed to be sorted out by names, addresses? If you can avoid their postal services. Incompetents

Experience used to be good. For the last year or two, the counter close unexpectedly without much notice. You will go there with the chance that they may or may not be open. 1 visit out of 3 is worthy of good service...

It's a post office, of course there will always be long lines. However, the employees making you feel bad because you want to ship something, saying you're holding up the line" for a service you guys are supposed to offer

22 Sept 22 - A rude worker with a Karen haircut made my girlfriend go back to get an ID at home to complete a Moneygram transfer , once she provided the ID from her country of origin, the worker said it would not get accepted. We then went to Jean Coutu and their Canada Post processed the transfer with the original ID that she had brought over. There was even a witness that followed us outside and said her friend is working on a report of such biased events in Quebec and we will make sure this gets reported. Avoid this location for money transfers at all cost, if you are not originally from Canada, they will give you a hard time for nothing, appalling & disgusting behavior.

40 min waiting this is unacceptable worst place ever . Only 1 employee available and she does not care how long you wait

2 hour wait service , awful service . Don’t go there if you value your time and you have a life
