With the covid-19 pandemic only three people allowed in the store at a given moment and you never know if the inbound line is the right line or not because people are standing there for getting those sausages and hotdogs totally confuses you

I went to this location two days ago. I had some empties. The employee handed me some change which is against the posted health restrictions these days. When I asked the employee for a ticket because I was purchasing, she said 'I am giving change'. I think employees should have some basic education about the virus and why customers are obliged to wear face masks!

Always busy but you would never know by the speed of service. With a hot dog/sausage cart filling your belly before washing it down with a cold one.

Went in with my husband to make two orders, they served him and assumed I didn't have an order, and started serving the people behind me. Fine, mistakes happen. I let it go and spoke up that I had an order as well. The woman behind the counter was obviously embarrassed by her mistake and instead of apologizing to us, proceeded to be rude to us for the rest of the transaction. I was spending $100 there. Try not ignoring your customers and when they tell you their order, don't be rude. Don't go to this location if you can help it.

I go here all the time,but have noticed a severe lack of customer service. I brought my beer to the checkout and the worker totally ignored me, I waited, then the the other worker came over and cashed me out! I just couldn't believe how you can just ignore a customer!!

Not my favorite beer store to be honest. The store itself is fine but the lineups outside with the interesting characters" is not for me. I'd rather buy my beer from the liquor store."
