Had the worst experience here. Went there to get a new phone. I was in line before anyone comes but when they let us in the employees serve the person last in line because they know the person. And when I ask why they didn’t say anything.When it was my turn the employees doesn’t seems like they want to serve me and keep talking to the person behind me. I felt so disrespected and i just left. Please fix this kind of customer service

Got an iPhone 13 on Boxing Day thanks to my guy Jasdeep. Very knowledgeable and informative. I ended up getting a new phone and a better plan without increasing my monthly payment. If u need anything Rogers or Fido related, hit him up.

I’m so happy with the service, Rajnish is an amazing person and very talented. She helped me open a new line while training a trainee. For a second, I thought she was the team leader as she was very knowledgeable and was carry the team good. Overall, a great experience and thanks Rajnish
