I'm the lucky one that gets to photograph each of Vanessa's completed projects. I have worked with a lot of interior designers over my 35 year career and I can tell you she is second to none. I often meet many of her clients while I am photographing their space and they all say how happy there were to have hired her. They express to me how easy she is to work with, her ability to understand and execute exactly what they wanted, promptness and ability to solve issues that may arise on the fly, I concur. Vanessa was able to effectively balance our two design sensibilities, while also pushing us a little in directions that were more contemporary. The result was a perfect blend of our tastes that feels well-curated, but not overdesigned. It feels like a space we can live in day to day, but also entertain in, as it reflects quality materials and furnishings. Condos are often characterized by builder-specific selections that do not allow for much individuality; Vanessa took our many ideas, and multiple conversations, to change our condo space into something tasteful and modern, and also unique…while still in keeping with the design of the building.
