Great first visit! Clean office, very modern. Grace was so knowledgeable and kind, she showed me everything she was doing and explained along the way which I appreciated. Will definitely be going back next time I need to!

I have followed Sandra to Network Hearing because I have been very happy with the professional service she has provided in the past! Sandra spent quite a while doing thorough testing (best testing I have ever had!) and then setting me up, the second set of hearing aids I had recommended I kept after trying and have been quite happy with the hearing aids I decided on (Phonak rechargeable, I hated changing and throwing out all those tiny battery's... the rechargeable are working very well for me, no issues with battery life. plug them in at bed in the little case at night (so no losing them) n I'm good to go all day)after over 2 years I can attest that the post sales service and support has been excellent despite the challenges of Covid...Sandra & Grace, I wish you both the best with your new ventureTen star service!Dave

Grace may be one of the kindest people I’ve met! Beautiful new clinic, wonderful staff, I highly recommend. I went in for plugged ears and had earwax removed and I feel fabulous now. Thank you so much!

Network Hearing
For a number of years, Grace Shyng was my audiologist, practicing in Vancouver where I live. She was caring, knowledgeable, and always careful to take the time to learn about how my hearing loss affected my personal and work life, and made sure that she provided the best options for me. Grace worked closely with the UBC School of Speech Pathology and Audiology, as a researcher, a teacher, and a mentor to students in the UBC program. I have no hesitation recommending Grace for professional hearing care.

In my experience Ms. Baker is the perfect audiologist. Her professional expertise and bedside manner are superb. Who could ask for more? Getting a device that is suitable for one's hearing situation is an art and a science. Plus it takes time and dedication. I highly recommend Network Hearing.
