I paid the exact quantum he estimated. The Carriers, led by he arrived on time, made all my apprehensions go down. They disassembled my dining room table and beds and reassembled also on appearance.

I booked a mover 2 weeks prior to the date and then I get a call 48 hours prior to the move that their truck broke down and they couldn't move me. They offered me no help, no recourse and no assistance on getting a rebook or finding another mover. I asked them if they could rent a truck or rebook and they said they could not. Moving is already extremely stressful. Thank you for your help.

They're a big Canadian franchise and do not service the Victoria area anymore. I called and that's what they told me so no point in even trying to book them
