New and modern hotel. It's a short drive from the airport and the downtown core.Extremely professional, tentative, friendly bilingual staff!Nice restaurant in the lobby.My room was immaculate. I couldn't find any issues with it.Thank you for the wonderful stay. I will be back!

About 10 minutes from downtown QC. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Better pricing than the hotels downtown. Breakfast not included (must pay, can have dinner there as well). Free parking.

Rooms are very nice and modern. Parking lot is big and easy to fit in big trucks like an F350 or Silverado 3500. Front staff is fast and efficient. Very clean rooms and lobbyOn a negative note, the shower design is weird, water keeps spilling out because there is no door. Maybe its too modern for me.My curtains were broken and couldnt block the entire window so I didn’t have a perfect blackout. Luckily I wake up before the sun, so it didnt bother me. Seems like an easy fix and cleaning staff should’ve noted this and get it fixed ASAP

A Hotel in DeclineI am a lifetime Titanium member of Marriott's frequent customer program with over 1000 actual nights spent in various types of Marriott properties all around the world during a 25 year career. Needless to say, I have a ton of experience with hotel stays.I booked a 4 night stay in this property arriving on 12/3/22 and departing the morning of 12/7/22. I have stayed in this hotel several times since it opened in 2016 or 2017.Upon arrival, I requested daily maid service. I was told that I must request the service on the actual day. So the next morning, I requested service. After a long day around the city, I returned to my room around 10PM to find the room had not been touched by the maid. When I called down to the front desk, the employee was quite rude and never apologized for the mistake. In addition, the shower was filthy with mold growing in several areas. The next morning the manager( Anthony) apologized for the mistake as well as for the attitude of the employee.On the third day of my visit, THIS HAPPENED AGAIN. I had requested maid service by telephone and in-person at the front desk. Once again, I returned to the room late that evening and no one had bothered to perform the requested service. In addition, the soap dispenser on the wall was now empty in addition to a filled trash container. When my wife spoke to the front desk the next day, a woman named Maya never apologized and was quite nasty essentially saying, I'm not sure why you are upset

I enjoyed this hotel. Modern, New and very welcoming!The pool was pristine and the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The gym was well-equipped and maintained. It had towels, TVs both on the walls and on the treadmills.Rooms were spacious, comfortable & provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. bathrooms as well. The thing I didn’t like was that stand showers had no doors! And this usually creates a mess after every shower, but it wasn’t as worse as expected.Plenty of parking..I also have to give a special shoutout to Oussama, the front desk associate who truly went above and beyond. His friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help left a lasting impressionThe hotel's location is also ideal for exploring the city, with many attractions and dining options within walking distance.Recommended!

We decided to spend our family vacation for Family Day in Quebec City and chose this hotel. Overall the room was great, bed was quite comfortable, room was clean and spacious. TV was plenty loud and the shower had lots of pressure. One downside was the lack of a continental breakfast that wasn't included. We felt for the price that would be there but seems it wasn't. Location was great as we could see the skyline of Quebec City and it was close to many restaurants and other places to go.Overall we enjoyed our experience and would return again.

For reference:No complimentary breakfast.Wifi can be spotty (ping, bandwidth, or upsell).Room's decor are nicer than others I've been to.Room I had had microwave and fridge.

Maya went above and beyond to make sure our stay exceeded our expectations. We mentioned it was our son's birthday and she put balloons in the room. The room and pool were clean and all the staff were kind and courteous.Highly recommend!

Location was good but the service is very horrible... Requested room clean but they didn't clean when checked with reception giving reasons.. so bad experience... Don't recommend
