These people just want your money, I should have cancelled the first week when they were treating the wrong address for weeks. These people can’t even find your grass let alone take care of it. Take your dollars and run, truscam actually.

I was forced to quit after two days of training, without any genuine reasons by my manager. I was provided with uniform and shoes, I also quit my existing job to get hired here, in turn I lost both the jobs. As an immigrant I don’t expect anyone to understand but I am without a job because of TRUGREEN’s loose policies and harassment.#shame #sad

Lawn turned TruBrown around mid July. No issues with watering and mowing. Re-seeded and was hoping it will turn around this August but nah. Only lawn around the neighborhood with such fantastic hue. I believe this company does not know what to apply for weed killing, and just want to get-it-done and-over-with thus killing the grass as well. Take all pre-cautions when dealing with these companies. Dealt with them years back and gave them another chance this year, and was a mistake. May work for others, but not for me. Good-bye TruGreen.

Well, I once thought Trugreen was legit. No longer. After spending thousands to get a new lawn laid on our property, I figured Trugreen would keep it nice and green. Well, it's actually now a worthless mat of brown, burnt, weed filled nothing. Yup, they expertly destroyed it in record time.I called to issue my complaint, then was told that a senior technician" would look into the problem. Nothing ever came from that call. They have my money

Horrendous experience. Used them for one year with no results so notified of our request to cancel several times, which was confirmed. Despite that they show up to my property again this year to do services without consent. The employee said our cancellation request was processed. Beware this company is a complete scam and will try to do work even though you tell them no and then say it was a mistake". Zero accountability just will continually harass you with calls to use their ineffective services."

The assistant manager John was so disrespectful to my whole family. He was racist, rude and damaged our property. If I didn't believe in karma we'd call the cops. This guy will get what's coming to him one day

I have been using TruGreen services for couple of years. In the beginning, their service was fairly good and I found great difference as compared to our previous year, both in terms of weed control and lawn health. However, this year my lawn was burnt out and full of weeds. TruGreen sent their tech on the twenty-fifth of July to spray our lawn but he sprinkled fertilizer instead of the intended weed killer spray. The tech told me that another associate will come to spray weed killer, however this never happened. During early August, I received a call from TruGreen to perform some other services for my lawn (to get some extra money), but I told them about the weed problem and next day I received call from “David J. Pecjak (Sales Manager)”, who asked me to send him the pictures I had at taken that time, and sent a technician on the sixteenth of August who did aeration and over seeding, but yet still no weed killer spray. Even he didn’t aerate the whole area (beside the side walk the most affected area). I got back in touch with David via e-mail, and I learned that He went for vacation for a week, which was later extended to two weeks, he told me his manager will take care of it but I still didn’t receive a call or e-mail as I doubt he cares about his customers. In the meantime, I couldn’t have left my lawn in that condition, so I painstakingly pulled most of my weed manually, poured top soil, and grass seeds. I spent too much time and money on top of the amount I gave them initially. I have all the pictures and videos from different timelines. Finally, after almost month and a half, Sept 5, 2018, someone called me to “service our lawn”. I thanked him and told him not to send anyone as there is hardly anything I left for them to work on, owing to my manual labour.

Lawn turned Dead Brown in July, shortly after a weed control ( Actually a Grass Control ). Weeds are good, grass is dead. Watering so much getting we got notice of usage from city, but grass is still Dead. Front and back identical. Did you use wrong chemicals? Went from one of best lawns in neighborhood to worse. Then sent Forest Gump out to do a too early grub control beginning of August, when heats was still high and grass still dead. Did he take pride in sticking your TruGreen sign near the sidewalk for everyone to see what a good service you do. GREAT advertising. Sent another Forest Gump out to access situation. SOLUTION, spend more money for great service. Stay away from this terrible outfit. Do your research, there has to be better than this.

Our lawn was thinning and we decided to get some experts to take care. The first call to TruGreen was pretty nice, but the disappointment followed. I was in high expectations when was waiting for them, but they were shattered.So first of all on the call I ordered organic fertilizer, the technician that came did not had any organic, and was not sure why I'm asking for organic. OK, I let him to apply whatever he had. Second after I called office, they told me the price they gave it for regular, even when I was ordering I many times repeated that I want organic nad was ensured it will be organic.And the last one, the lawn was burned in several spots by the application, I did not expect that profi will BURN my lawn actually and not restore it.I did not try to cancel them yet because it is very hard to get hold on them by phone (after I signed).If you deciding about this company, please try to read also reviews on HomeStarts, I did not do that and regret now.
