I stopped by in a bit a rush the other day an Vanessa was absolutely fantastic! She not made the process of my device upgrade quick and seamless, she was also so kind to ensure I had all the necessary information to make the right decisions. She made sure I knew about every possible promotion that Telus had to offer - and helped me with the data transfer from my old device to the new one.This location was also quite busy at the time - Vanessa and her fellow colleagues did a great job managing the que and acknowledging each customer that was in their space.Thank you so much Vanessa and team!

My wife and I were looking around to get new plans and both needed new phones, we were helped by Sid P and he was very friendly and helpful. He was great to work with. I would recommend seeing him.

Went to renew my contract with Telus and met this gentlemen named Palak, the experience we had was the best example of how one persons action and behaviour makes customer hate the entire company.Had no product/service knowledge was confronting , arguing and was consistently trying not to help me with our situation even though his colleague said it could be done.Very poor customer service.

Had already given them my business and was looking for help getting my number transferred and possibly a new phone. The people in store couldn't help me with anything including a charger so I could stay on the line with telus customer service. It's pretty bad when the women at LensCrafters are more helpful then the store staff in getting your phone issues resolved. Go check out my review there and give your business to LensCrafters

After having an odd situation happen with my phone lines, I went into the Kingsway Telus Store and spoke with Curtis. He called the contact centre on my behalf and arranged for the problem to be fixed. In the following days, he answered all my follow up questions quite quickly through email. He has been pleasant and efficient throughout this whole process. Thanks Curtis!!

When I arrived today at 5 PM the short guy didn’t even seem to want to help me. When he did help me he wouldn’t return my phone because it was two days past 15 days. He gave me a slip of paper and told me to call these numbers. I did call those numbers and I spent an hour on the phone with Telus to find out that it’s the store managers discretion. So when I got off the phone, the other worker, she tried her best to help me out and the other fellow, he said, oh no problem he returned it. So the guy who I initially worked with, didn’t care about his job and he shouldn’t be working there. The other two were great. The unfortunate thing is it took me over an hour to get the return complete. Returns on phones should be more than 15 days especially when in my case I’m dealing with a 90 year old woman who has dementia setting in. It takes a while to know if they can manage the phone. Two weeks is too tight.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding employee at Telus who helped me create a mobility plan for my business. From start to finish, this employee went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best possible experience.Firstly, they took the time to understand my business needs and what I was looking to achieve with my mobility plan. He asked thoughtful questions and provided insightful recommendations that helped me make informed decisions.Throughout the process, this employee was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions I had. He was patient, professional, and consistently provided excellent customer service.Thanks to his expertise and guidance, I now have a mobility plan that meets all of my business needs and has helped me increase efficiency and productivity. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional work.Overall, I would highly recommend Jean Kenneth to anyone who needs help with a mobility plan. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers and are an asset to the Telus team. Five stars all around!

give Vanessa a raise. I went in because my phone was either lost/ stolen. I was so upset and she put me at ease. Helped me purchase a new phone. Was very professional and just an overall Rockstar. I will definitely visit this location again. I will also recommend others to this location. * I will also say that her coworker while he was taking care of other customers was very friendly and professional as well*. Great location.

Amazing Telus experience indeed! JK was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. Could not say enough good things about this experience, especially compared to other Telus stores where you're just another number. Keep up the excellent customer service! I will be back.
