Hertz Car Rental - Saskatoon Airport

Highly recommend! I rented a car but the next day the cold caused a check engine light. They came send swapped it with a replacement very quickly and were very helpful! Thank you!

Very convenient and a great price for a 4-day rental. CAA membership was helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean, Ford sedan. Don't be late on the return - the price increases to the weekly rate.

I had a car reserved with another agency at this airport (Budget) for 5pm. My fight was changed to come in much later, so I tried calling twice that week to confirm this would be OK but never got through to anyone. When I showed up, I discovered that Budget had closed for the night and I was out of luck.Luckily, a really nice lady (sorry, I forgot her name) at Hertz had stayed open to make sure people who might need a car actually had one. She got me setup with a good car at a good price and I was able to make it to my destination without any more issues.I'll be going with Hertz next time I visit Saskatoon! Great customer service.

Matt served us today with excellent attitude, professionalism and great patient, which I have never encountered before at any other car rental places. I used other car rental company before but now will always check at Hertz as well before making decisions. And If I need car from the Saskatoon airport, I will definitely go see Matt without a second thought. Thanks a again, You did a GREAT job.

I always receive excellent and very fast service here! Friendly, helpful, accommodating and always out the door in 5 minutes. I had one small issue with the cleanliness of the vehicle and one billing issue on separate occasions. However, the staff and manager were helpful, with quick resolution. A pleasure to deal with.

Worst service…… fuel tank was not full, almost 10 litre less.2 days after return their car, they said by message that they didn’t receive car. When I call back to solve it and I sent picture and told them they would close contract. Very second day same message and when I called they said car has minor windshield damage. Seriously They found car in 5 minutes after my call and found out about damage. There is not a single damage when we returned. When I call them they blamed on head office and I called to head office they blamed to Saskatoon place..

Fast, friendly, and efficient service! I originally had two reservations of one day each, with a one-day gap in between. At the end of the second day, I decided last-minute to extend for a day, so I called the counter. The call was picked up soon after and the staff member was immediately able to extend my reservation for a day. When I went to return the car the day after, they were actually (and proactively) able to cancel my second reservation and just further extended my first reservation by another day so that I wouldn’t need to switch cars. Not to mention the free upgrade to an SUV as a Hertz Gold member, and the tank was full to the brim when picked up. If Hertz ever gives out rental car location awards, this one should be in consideration!

I did not reserve, not realizing it was so difficult to get a car. Checked with budget and they only have expensive SUV available, so I checked next door and the had a car with a much better rate. Syed helped out helped us and got us a good price with a discount. He was very helpful and very nice. Return was also great and Syes remembered us and said said hi and how was our trip even though another lady was helping us. She too was super friendly and the Return was fast and easy. When I Saskatoon. I recommend Hertz, I know I will .

Have been given the run around for over a month now after being overcharged for not returning a car seat (which was in fact returned). I've talked to reps at the airport location that are nice enough but always say they will need to talk to a manager but a manager never calls back. I've wasted countless hours trying to talk to a manager to get the charge reimbursed but now no one answers and they do not call back.Have never given a public 1 star review before but this place has earned it

The person in the counter told me that s/he needed to verify if my driver's licence if it's genuine or not :P. I asked why, and s/he said it's the company's policy. I informed that no one ever asked for such a thing. I thanked the person and decided not to rent from Hertz. Definitely will NEVER go to Hertz again. Finally rented from Avis.
