If I could give 0 stars I would. I have placed orders with them in the past and it always takes me having to call them back a month later to inquire about my order before they send it out. This time I placed the order in December, still no order and its February. Literally 2 months later. I phoned to ask where my order was and was told the system crashed on January 1st. My order was placed December 11 so really not an excuse for the order to be this late. Not impressed.
