I sent my watch because I have a problem with a battery, they return it I wear it then I couldn’t take it off ! Went to the store the lady at Oshawa mall was annoyed because I asked her to call them back in Quebec where they sent the watches to fixed! They called and told her how to help me to open it!She kept telling me that you (think) we are responsible for that, she was so rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional .

I'm sure they have good jewelery that we did not even get a chance to look at due to a very condescending Sales Rep Named Connie. My fiancee had a genuine question about the strength of a band which was met with rude and condescending comments by Connie, which lead us to walking out while hearing her talk bad about us to her coworker. We went to Michael Hill and spent 3x our budget happily because of their friendly service. Save your time and money.

I love shopping at the Birk's Oshawa store! The staff are friendly and very attentive. Connie always has a friendly smile when I walk in and she knows my taste well enough to show me the latest items I might like. I am a frequent Birks customer for the beautiful designs, quality workmanship and top notch customer service. The 18k gold isn't hollowed out, and the diamonds and gemstones are indisputably better quality than any of the mall chain stores. Does that make them a bit more expensive?...sure...but you get what you pay for...beautiful, long lasting, quality jewellery!

Birks closed the store in the Oshawa Shopping Centre after Christmas. Store space is empty with lights out. Only blue pillars remain. No message on door advising customers of nearest open location. March 2022.March 24/22 Contacted Oshawa Jewellers. They are not associated with Birks and do not do Birks watch repair/services.March 26/22 Contacted Graziella Fine Jewellers. They sell a small selection of Birks Jewellery but do not provide watch/service repairs for Birks or honour Birks coupons.

Good prices on good quality jewelry. Very nice people work there. Also it's the oldest jeweler in Canada.
