A very cute café offering a gluten-free baked goods, coffee, and ready-made light meals. I am gluten free (celiac) and was elated to have a selection of GF treats.I agree with others- the items are not well labeled to distinguish between GF and gluten items which made me a little bit nervous. It would be great to have the gluten-containing items in a separate display case, or just not have any at all!As far as the quality of the GF baking- it has been so long since I’ve eaten anything made with gluten that I would not be able to compare. But for someone who is used to eating GF foods, these baked goods are 10/10! The only improvement I would suggest is to use real butter in the icing. It was a sad surprise when I tasted shortening/oil in the icing on such a delicious cake.On a separate note, I had the best pre-packaged salad here! The vinaigrette was tasty and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I do not reside in Québec so I have tried (unsuccessfully) to re-create the salad ever since trying it because it was just THAT good!

Totally awesome. Fresh salads with real protein, low FODMAP , GF….and of course great pastries. Clearly a favorite for locals and always super welcoming to travelers. Good for Celiacs and has been a savior and an oasis for my family for years when we visit Montreal. Note, visit on the early side since it’s a popular spot and items sell out.

Almost everything is gluten free and, if not, it is mentioned clearly. I had breakfast everyday in this bakery. Great coffee too and there are some tables to enjoy the food there. They also have some salads too.

Very quaint little place. They bake their pastries on spot and if you are fortunate to get the freshly baked goodies it's pretty awesome.Overall good place. Expensive for the small portions.The highlight was the raspberry square.The carrot cake was extremely moist :) however I didn't quite like the taste because there were pineapple in the recipe (no nuts, no raisins though).The muffin's consistency was a bit disappointing since 1/4 of the muffin was lost" stuck on the liners."

Spent the day working on my laptop. Had a few coffees, a blueberry nutella muffin, and an open faced tuna sandwich. I have celiac and was in gluten free heaven. Make sure to ask what is gluten free :)

10/10Absolute heaven.We had a cupcake, ice cream sandwich, carrot cake, sorbet, and a Jean Luis. Everything was amazeballs. Coffee was delicious. Hot chocolate is real coco and soooo yum!!!! if you're looking for the over sweet milk chocolate style, this isn't for you.Sadly I'm only visiting so I only get to come back one more time and will make sure to come back again before I leave.

Lovely spot and yummy gluten free items! My daughter doesn’t eat gluten and I’m so glad we found this spot while visiting Montreal. She got the sweet potato and corn flour soup, grilled cheese on gluten free bread and a gluten free muffin. She said it was all delicious! She had so many gluten free options. They do have some regular items as well. I thought the prices were reasonable too - an affordable lunch.

Reasonable selection of pastries and to-go lunch items, sandwiches and salads. Some inside seating. Pleasant service.

Probably the best gluten free goodies I’ve ever had. Typically gluten free muffins and breads taste like sadness and despair.I’m so impressed and so happy that there’s a place I can go to have delicious gluten free food!Definitely don’t skip out on this spot, even if you do eat gluten (they have regular items as well - and it’s all clearly labeled).
