Jamie and his team were great. Came to start when he promised and his crew was very good. Lots of detail in building the deck. We are very happy with our deck. Looks fantastic !

Jamie and his team did a great job providing us a new deck. Jamie took our ideas and together we worked out a design. He helped us work through all of the decision points on materials, colours and style, while at the same time ensuring the design would be acceptable with the very restrictive local building requirements. Jamie and his team drew up the plans, applied for the building permit and managed the approval process to final acceptance. The deck construction quality is excellent and the deck looks great. We love our new deck and really enjoy the extra space and functionality of our backyard oasis.

So many changes were made to this project along the way (hey , lets add this...LOL) that I thought Jamie would take issue with me, but he handled every change with courtesy and professionalism and made many helpful suggestions along the way. Working with Brian, Jason and Sam was a pleasure as they are hard working, easy going and friendly. Their attention to detail was excellent and they always kept smiling when the inevitable problem reared its ugly head - and every problem was dealt with efficiently and with consultation. Even the digging of holes to China when helical pile services refused to drill due to proximity to services was met with a smile, albeit a tired smile by the end of the day. Its not cheap to build a deck properly, but you wont go wrong dealing with Jamie and his crew.

My parents had their deck redone and Jamie was very rude, unprofessional, and down right awful at communicating. For the amount of money you pay, you would expect high quality, but they did a poor job (sharp pieces sticking out, pieces not cut flush, main post crooked, etc). Not to mention they didn't complete the job to town standards, so it needed to be fixed prior to the town approving it. Due to Jamie's unprofessional nature and the sloppy final product, we would NOT recommend them at all!!

Jamie reached out to us in a timely fashion and worked quickly to visit our home and create a quote for the job. His input was appreciated and added value to our deck. The work was completed ahead of schedule and contacts to associated contractors took place. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!
