Ayers Basement Systems

Saw their commercial on TV, then chose Ayers Basement Systems for encapsulating our crawl space! Took two days, they were very professional and did an excellent job!! Are very satisfied with their work, because they solved our problems. Our home is warm again! There are no drafts or fumes:)Before cotacting them, we had called Foundations Systems of Michigan a couple of years ago. Made the best decision. Our crawl space was not high, had a window well and pipe, and a brick wall across. FSM wanted us to remove remove it ourselves, so they could get through. Don't think they would have removed any brick. Additionally, they wanted us to dig a foot and 1/2 of dirt, by a beam for them to get over the otherside.No one knew that there was a brick wall there or if we had cement. Then he said, if cement there FSM couldn't do the job! AB completed all tasks, and included a thermo door.Few thousand more, worth the price. No wonder this compnay has been around for 40+ years!

*BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY*In February/March, I engaged Ayers Basement Systems to install a sub-pump in my house. Regrettably, their lack of professionalism and negligence resulted in severe consequences. During the installation, they broke the main water line, leading to a flooded finished basement that caused extensive damage to the floors, yard, and personal belongings.One of my significant oversights was not conducting thorough research on Ayers Basement Systems, including reading reviews on reputable platforms like the Better Business Bureau and the District Attorney's office. Had I done so, I might have been more cautious before entrusting them with this important project.Initially, Ayers Basement Systems seemed responsive and attentive to rectifying the situation. They took responsibility for fixing the water line and drying out the basement. However, as time passed, it became apparent that they were more concerned about the mounting costs associated with their negligence. Eventually, they stopped acting responsibly, leaving me with no choice but to contact their insurance company to seek compensation for the damages caused to my property.Despite their prior agreement that I would not bear any financial burden resulting from their actions, Ayers Basement Systems unexpectedly sent me a bill, accompanied by threats of placing a lien on my house. This experience left me feeling abused and disrespected. This company is unwilling to take responsibility for its negligence or work towards a satisfactory resolution.Given my encounter, I strongly advise against allowing Ayers Basement Systems to work on your property. They have demonstrated a lack of decency and integrity in dealing with the consequences of their actions. It is essential to prioritize the safety and well-being of your home by seeking professional services from reliable and responsible companies.I believe customers should be treated with respect, honesty, and fairness. Sadly, my experience with Ayers Basement Systems has directly contradicted these principles.

Ayers DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, and did it well! I was managing a project from out of town and they showed up on time, did great work, communicated well, and were amazing to work with. They supported our Warrior Sailing veteran support program by offering a great rate to support the veterans we serve. The owner and company have veteran ties and truly stand by their work and word. I would use them for any crawlspace/foundation work needed. Thank you !

Tyler and Caleb , team of two, demonstrated complete professionalism, teamwork, and problem solving when it came to our egress installation. Very impressed with the work ethic and getting the job completed with fantastic results. Would absolutely hire these two for any job.

Jarrid was extremely helpful and professional. He accessed our property and worked through our options. There wasn't any hard-sell pressure that we appreciated since both of us have been in sales. We booked our project with Ayers during this appointment. Subsequently, I have communicated the past 2 days with Jarrid by email and he has gotten back to me with answers promptly. We appreciate the professionalism and hope that the installation is handled in a similar manner

The services provided by Ayers sales representative/solutions technician have been superb. Jordan Miller’s explanation of work that needs to be done, his expertise of the trade and his professionalism truly stood out during our interactions. He has gone above and behind on multiple occasions and has been extremely helpful and informative. He made a possibly painful process, easy and painless with no worries. I know if ever a situation were to occur once again, my family would be in good hands. We are very appreciative of the services provided by Jordan. Knowing Jordan worked with us will definitely give us peace of mind for the future of our house.

I had a very good experience with this company for our egress installed. It first started with Jordan (the sales person whom came out to talk about the project we wanted. I chose this company over another because they have the wells and lids on hand. The other company had to order, which would delay our install date. Our egress install date was planned one month out from the date of the first visit from Jordan. Tyler called me around 7 am (the day of install) to let me know they would be arriving around 9 am and they were very prompt and right on time. Tyler and his partner were very professional and explained everything along the way. They were even very mindful and covered my floors to reduce the mess in the end. Unfortunately the weather was very wet and rainy, but it didn’t stop or slow them down at all. I was impressed with how quick they did the job with only 2 people. They told and showed me what all they did to caulk around the window, so it won’t leak. I’ll have to give an update later to confirm how it held up. We are thinking about adding another basement slider window and I would definitely hire them again. I would highly recommend them for your egress install.

We have been dealing with a wet, musty, moldy basement for more than 15 years. I literally wanted to sell our home because I couldn’t stand the issue any longer (not to mention constant spiders). As a last ditch effort I contacted Ayres. I was certainly impressed with the professionalism of every single employee I dealt with. From start to finish everyone was thoughtful, courteous, efficient, hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable, and so much more. The work was done the early part of December. We left for Florida the first of the year and were gone for three months. We came home in a torrential rain storm and I was worried what we would find when we went downstairs. I shouldn’t have waisted time worrying. Not only did our entire house smell good (after being closed up for 3 months) but the basement was dry, and there are NO spiders to be found. I am beyond grateful to the guys that did such a great job on our basement. Thank you…. Thank you…… THANK YOU!
