Staff was racist as many reviews you can see here she was checking out everyone but when I came to line she asked me I need to go on break shouting asking customer to convey me ( she can ask her manager or supervisor to cover her)she was the only who was open when I said is there any open she gave me attitude ok I will checkout as if I am taking stuff for free very poor service food basic you can do better I guess

Fair prices all things considered. Staff is friendly and a good selection of food except meats.

The greeter I saw is the friendliest I've ever met. Obviously enjoys his job and it shows. Food basics prices are always competitive with others and we check flyers always before we decide what to get. This location was well situated, easy to get in and out of. Isles were clean and stocks were full. One thing that I thought is wrong and a lot of other supermarkets does it too is that they have the express line cashier takes care of the customer service counter too. When there are phone calls, people want to buy lottery or price scanning disputes, that express line stops and the cashier had to look after those people. It make no sense whatsoever other than save a few hours of wages for the boss. This practice needs to stop. The lady that was running the customer service counter was doing her best that day. Hats off to her.

RACIST.I definitely give 1 star.This store near my house and I usually come 3-4 times a week.I dont feel comfortable when the blone hair lady wears glasses stared me all time while I was shopping at here and today the lady asked me “do I scan pineapple yet?”even I said “yes I did”but she still stand close me look like I am a thief.

Would give ZERO stars if I had the option!! Had the most horrible customer service experience from none other than the store manager! The staff are pleasant but this guy is totally rude and lacks basic customer service skills! Acts as if he’s running a charity store and we’re there for free food! Learn to treat your paying customers with respect!!

Asked a cashier on lane 3 I believe was the number (booze checkout lane) if her lane was opened as she was cleaning the end of it; I asked just to make sure. She answered yes but in such a rude way, as if I couldn’t tell her lane was opened. Then the worker at the self checkout asked her what I asked and responded with my question, and the self checkout worker laughed at it. Not satisfied with today’s service.

Unique bad experience 2 days ago. Bought peaches and pears (with out my wife's okay!) both were awful.Inedible.Had to put into the garbage. ??previously frozen.

Nice place to do grocery shopping. Fare prices..only downside is that you don't get any mobile coverage inside the store if you want to check out the flyer or something.

Today we went in to get some groceries as it’s quick and conveniently located near our home. Well, let’s just say everything we bought was thoroughly looked over. I thankfully always check expiry dates before throwing it into my basket. However, to note, we found some pretty gross things today.- Two pack of processed salami. The one side looked fine, the other side was clearly spoiled. Instead of the normal red colour, it was WHITE. How do you not notice this when stocking the shelves? It clearly has been spoiled for numerous days. We noticed it from afar and we gave it to an employee.- Frozen meat, clearly freezer burnt. You couldn’t see in some of the packages there was so much ice gathered.- Items with past expiry dates. I picked up some yogurt that expired 4 days ago. Why is it still on the shelves?If you’re going to shop here make sure you check expiry dates and thoroughly look over each product you pick up.
