Shopped here a few times then I had a return which took a year to get inspected.Then once I got my exchange I tried to shop here again and they denied me and would not give me a reason. Not a good experience at all. Why open a shop and deny people entry for no reason at all makes no sense.

became a member because i have a business they have a wide selection and prices. i got a nice tv that was repackaged for a very low price. it was missing a part. i brought it back and did the process to return. it took what it took but i received a call and picked it up. id do it again!i'ves sense bought many things from candles, headphones, connectors and speakers, barques all new! and have no problem. they have a great android tv box and service has kept me from cable for years. I friendly and they are friendly!

I went in about 20 minutes before closing time with cash in hand to buy a tv. I was rudly told to leave by a female employee because they only had one staff member here". So I returned the following day and purchased a repackaged JVC 55" 4k tv which I was assured was brand new and had just been repackaged. When i took it home I found that it was dusty covered in fingerprints and was damaged out of the box. I went through their horrible R.M.A. process to bring it in. I was told a week over a month ago. After getting no straight answers from calling and no replies at all from emails I went in this morning to see if there are any updates or if not to get a refund. The same rude lady yelled at me said I was threatening her and kicked me out of the place. Terrible customer service

I use Tech on a regular basis, if it is for Christmas gifts or open to the public sale days! I have never been let down yet! It is a very busy place but anyone that takes your call or greets you at the door (due to COVID) is pleasant and very knowledgeable on product. Dawn the owner will go the extra mile to find what you need even if it is not in her stock and won’t let up until you are satisfied! I don’t know what other business owner would take the time she does for her customers.

We have been purchasing tv's, electronics, candles, and so much more for close to 10 years, I have recommended her to all my family and neighbors all who have had a great experience as well.Dawn always goes above and beyond for her customers. I showed up Christmas Eve right at closing, in desperation i was looking for a box for my dog who went into early labor. Dawn ran into the back and got me a perfect size to accommodate the new babies. This is the kind of customer service you can only get from local companies who care about the community and the people who frequent their businesses.
