Worst pizza ever. Ordered chicken pizza with veggie you only taste sour pizza sauce in pizza. Not enough veggies, no chicken no cheese. What you guys charge money for. Just to pay your employees salary? Franchise doesn’t care about customer service nor store owner care about online review. I have photo of pizza but couldn’t able to upload. My guest already had it otherwise I would come to the store and throw it at front. Then you guys ask support local business. If you guys charge money keep some standard and serve.

Ordered pizza at 5:07 for delivery, delivery came with pesto sauce contrary to regular that was ordered. Customer service said they would correct order and have it delivered within 20 min. Delivery had not arrived after another 40 min I contacted them again and they said they were having system issues said order was on the way did not arrive until 7:13 pm. Complaint lodged customer service had nothing to say other than delivery driver was busy and we are having system issues. 2 hours and 6 minutes to receive an order that is guaranteed within 50 min or money back is unacceptable considering no money back was offered. Will not be returning to location.

Have done many orders here.. every time I say I won’t do it again but they mess something up every time either it’s uncooked/or they don’t deliver the complete order because the y mix your order up with some one else’s and today a got a pizza with the box really dirty and what looks to be a pizza slice missing☹️, called and customer service told me a replacement would be on its way, at the time of this review I’ve been waiting over an hour and a half for my replacement pizza.

As a service industry worker, I don’t normally write bad reviews, but my last experience from this establishment warrants it. I ordered delivery for a medium pizza, with the Italiano blend seasoning that is offered. The seasoning was literally just dumped onto the pizza in random clumps, which made for an entirely unpleasant eating experience for everyone.

DONT GO HERE! Owners are horrible, I had to wait OVER AN HOUR, for a medium cheese pizza that I ordered at 6:52pm at my house, i got an email at 7:16 saying the pizza was ready, i was on my way to pick it up, when i went to the counter i was asked to wait another 10 minutes even though my “ pizza was ready” I HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA HOUR! I left the pizza place around 8pm, when explaining to the owners how crazy this is she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. This place is disgusting and the owners are children and unprofessional, wont be coming here again for pizza that looks and tastes like cardboard

Never ordered a pizza from the Angus store. I always get mine from the Pizza Pizza on High St in Barrie. So I was a little apprehensive. I ordered. Med thick crust, bacon strips, mushroom. When we picked it up it was, for my preference under cooked. I like the bacon well cooked but the crust is not burnt. I asked the cook if he could put it back in for 2 min. Being a former cook for Pizza Pizza I knew it would be perfect. And it was a great Pizza. Thank you to the cook for being patient.

We have ordered delivery out of this location in Angus several times, and at various times and days of the week. Their track record of on-time delivery is perfect. Food has always been as ordered and great tasting. This location is also great for a late night snack of a slice to eat-in or take out. The only issue is that during late evenings the available slice variety is diminished, but they will be happy to make you a new pie!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from a this pizza pizza store and was blown away by their exceptional customer service and delicious pizza. From the moment I placed my order, the staff was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. Was very disappointed. Usually the quality is much better than what I received.Asked for pizza lightly done... It wasn't. It was border line burnt.Asked for some Italian seasoning on the pizza, I got waaaaaay too much. The pizza was covered in seasoning, and it overpowered the taste of the pizza.This is not the first time I have received less than satisfactory pizza from this store. I will give them one more chance. If they continue to make subpar product, I will order from one of the other establishments in town.Update... Gave them another chance... And they got my order WRONG!!! Seems like they can't get an order right... What else can I say?
