Unfortunately my mom is stuck here for a year.Great staff, unfortunately the management and administration are some of the worst, arrogant, most ignorant people I've met.They locked my mom up for Christmas. Cold Christmas supper, no entertainment! Grinches!Management can't follow their own rules and give special treatment to residents with $$$.My mom is miserable here.They give you parking passes for visitors but don't enforce people parking and leaving their vehicles in AMBULANCE and LOADING zones.I have video of the handi bus driver telling me how difficult the parking situation is at Collegeside Gardens and that management does nothing in spite of the danger it poses to residents.Feb. 19 Update....Ownership wants me to contact the same administrator my family is having issues with.Great solution!Does anyone in management have a functioning brain?The blind leading the blind.Thanks for NOT HELPING.INGRATE!!

My Grandfather has such good care. Excellent food, caring staff, amazing residents. It's such a safe and wonderful place!
