I have been using The Maids services for over 2 years biweekly. They always go above and beyond each time the team arrives i am thoroughly happy with their services, I highly recommend them. I can honestly say you get what you pay for!

I hired them to help clean my in-laws place and they did an amazing job!

We have used this company for a decade through two different houses. The teams are efficient and do a great job assisting us in managing the chaos of our family of 5. The time that is saved by not having to clean our home is well worth the investment.

My townhouse of about 1500sqft was coming up for sale. Renovations were completed, and after the contractors cleaned up it needed a final cleaning before going on the market. I couldn't use my regular cleaners because it was out of their area, so I decided to use the Maids as they seemed to have reasonable reviews. They quoted approximately $350ish which I agreed to and seemed about right for the approx 4-6 hrs total it would take to dust/vacuum/mop. They ended up sending 4 people to the house and one vanished part way through. When they claimed to have finished, I had to point out all the missed areas. They ended up charging $700...double than quoted and spent nearly 10 working hours cleaning a cozy home. It would have been cheaper to have uber'd my cleaning team out rather than deal with the Maids. Best part is, they never sent an invoice for their work and then threatened to send me to collections for non-payment. Claimed they called several times from a private number. Absolutely dissatisfied!!! Before and after pics attached. House was not overly dirty before the cleaning, so definitely not worth $700.

We’ve had The Maids cleaning for many years and find Leanne and her team to be courteous, professional and friendly.We feel as though Leanne takes pride in ensuring that her team members understand what is required in cleaning our home, which has 2 cats and a large dog.When they are finished the house looks and feels fresh and sparkling clean!Many thanks for a great service!

I would give them 6 stars if I could! Wonderful teams always do a thorough job and my home is sparkling when they leave. It's the highlight of my month when this team comes to clean! ☺️

Our team at The Maids is wonderful! They provide a thorough cleaning every time they come. It’s done quickly as there are 3-4 ladies each clean..which is very convenient:). I would definitely recommend their services!

Highly recommend the Maids. We hired them to do an exit clean for relative's apartment and were sent the Green team. They were punctual, did an excellent job in good time and even found a few spots we missed. Dealt with Corey to schedule and get information who was a delight to deal with.
