Worst customer service and resolution ever. Staff are not properly trained make their confusion a client issue. Take no ownership of their errors and the poorest and worst client service ever. Service is horrible knowledge is worst and then they say infront of the client I’m over it leave the store like wow

Today we were at bayshore with my two sons, one of which has autism and severe sensory issues and is unable to wear a mask. We went to multiple stores and not once were questioned on it as the rest of us were wearing our mask properly. The last store we went to was Bentley. We were confronted at the door my a male staff who asked if my special needs son had a mask. I explained that he cannot wear a mask, and was told that he has to bcs he is over 2. I further explained our situation (which I shouldn’t even have had to) that my son has autism and sensory issues and is exempt from the over 2 rule. I was met with the response “I don’t care, he has to wear one” from the staff member. We chose to take our business elsewhere and I told the staff member we I would be posting online about his discrimination. Infuriating!

I bought a bag two days ago, with cash and was not given a receipt. I thought it was zipped inside a pocket of the bag but later found out she didn’t include one at all. The bag is not the right size for what I needed it for. I called the bayshore location asking if I can return it seeing as it was new with tags, and purchased two days ago without a receipt. The man on the phone was very nice and said that it can be done. So I came in to return it today and the lady (Melissa was her name) working was very rude and said that she could not do anything about it. Not impressed seeing as I was told I could return it. Now I’m stuck with a bag that I can’t use :/

Bought 3 Pieces of luggage last week, great sale!!It took about a half hour to make my decision and the young lady helping me was very patient showing me different qualities of bags. I finally decided on the Samsonite. I was very happy with the level of service and when paying I met the manager who suggested tags and a pillow, glad she did!Thanks Ladies !

Tried to use my bayshore gift card at this store (& online i checked that they accept this specific gift card, which they do) and wasn't able to. Their POS system wouldn't accept the card. A bit peeved since I felt the manager should have been able to rectify the issues immediately by way of just accepting the card and processing it manually.. I even suggested that. But no luck, she was apologetic but no customer service and responsibility to fix the issue. So I won't ever go there again.

I had received a luggage as a gift during Covid. Once stores re-opened I called to see if I can return the luggage that was never used and was told not at this time as to call back. I had called a couple of times to return and got the same story - which doesn’t make sense why I can’t return it. Finally the other day I called and got the OK to return the luggage. I went to the store and as soon as I got there the 2 employees said No very rudely and made me feel Uncomfortable I explained that I had called the day before and was told yes that they are now excepting returns. One of the ladies started to huff and puff whispering to the other employee. The whole atmosphere was awkward and uncomfortable. I had to tell them 3 times that I called and got the OK. It almost felt like I was a annoying them by wanting to do a return that I was entitled too. They didn’t seem impressed whatsoever that I wanted to return it. I was gonna look for something else but because of the rudeness and how uncomfortable they made me feel I decided that I didn’t want to give them my money and got a refund. They returned the luggage while huffing and puffing. I will not be going back there.
