Everyone who works VCBC is amazing. Very helpful and always happy to spend time answering my questions. I don’t know what I’d do without them. Everything I order is for medicinal reasons. I feel blessed to have them in my life.

Great you guys got a new 3 year lease, now time to work on customer service. It seems to have gone way way down hill! It's like buying stuff from an angry hippy! You're short with customers, don't want to talk back, and any request is like asking for your first born! You know we can grow this stuff on our own now, why would we come to you just to get insulted! Is this how Ted wants his place run?

After VICS closed down, I was directed to VCBC and appreciate very much how kind and understanding the staff are. So, a shout out to the staff, and especially during the COVID crisis, for their attention to physical distancing, encouragement, great product knowledge, and more than anything, again, their empathy towards others. It's not so common these days, and VCBC gets it right. Prices are good, product selection good. Good people.

They have a good selection and good staff who are very helpful but then again being a member as i had been since 1996 its understandable that i would know where to get really killer deals. Plus the people there are good folks who like to take their time. The grading system they have is a bit different but its a good system.

Ted is very knowledgeable about Cannabis, he's very friendly along with staff. I've been part of this club since before it opened. Being a local everyone from the 90s knows Ted. His product is always superb and very good quality. He helps the community by offering Cannabis as a solution to many ailments for many patients. I hope to see you continue on your mission my friend!

Since 1996 Ted Smith and his knowledgeable staff have served medical clients who suffer from chronic pain and anxiety disorders. Products, including THC and CBD flower, oil, tinctures, salves and edible consumables; always top quality and effective. March 1 they’ll be in a new location at the back of 1625 Quadra St.
