I renewed my license here without an appointment within 35 minutes. I came in after 4:00 pm o'clock and the person at the front desk informed me that Service wasn't guaranteed after 5:00pm" which I understood.The clerk was able to redo my photo

Line ups are outside even though building doors are open prior to office opening at 8:30am. You must wait outside in the cold, rain etc. If you line up inside they will not take you and make you join the line outside. When 8:30am comes they will let you in to line up again upstairs at the ServiceOntario counter. Disabled people lose their original spot from when they lined up outside as they have to take the elevator or force to take the stairs if possible in order to keep their spot in the lineup. The gentlemen that came to allow the people in from outside had zero consideration for the disabled. Need to fix their lineup issues and have consideration for the disabled. Tried making an appointment, unfortunately the first available one was 13 days away which was to far out. Once served, staff was exceptional. Make an appointment as soon as you know you have to go there. If possible, recommend online services. Good Luck.

I was very pleased by the service provided at this facility. I have went there without appointment. The front desk checking person was little strict and he allowed to process only my application as kids were not there. But when I reached the serving counter, the lady staff behaved very nice and I could apply for the OHIP cards for myself and my kids and kids were not with me; I had their documents only. They even accepted the Credit card with name and signature as the ID proof in the absence of my passport which I lost in a theft attempt.Only suggestion is that if possible go with an appointment and they have separate line even if others are in wait. They will treat them first. Because of that I have had to wait little but that wait was nothing when I went for other SO offices for other purposes.

The slowest service I have ever witnessed. Literally, I had to await more than 2 hours for my appointment. I wish I could give a negative rating. Please book in advance to go there otherwise there is a long wait. Also, there is no proper sitting arrangement, so you have to stand outside in harsh weather. The only good thing is there is a lot of ample parking in front of this place. Guys, please improve your service and make it quicker. Please also arrange some seats inside the building so people could avoid harsh weather.

Recently went to this location for Driver licence renewal as a new photo was required. Booked the appointment online. When I reached there I was given a token (since I had a booking) and sent to a queue. All in all from start to end, it didnt take more than 20 minutes. Awesome expereince.The guy on the reception counter who gave the token was pretty jolly and was making people very comfortable.

Its sad place to visit there are only 2 people working on counter .There is no staff available in 8 counters and the person in front desk is just soo very rude and is ready to give you counter answer. Poorest service at Milton parkhill location. Past 15 mins these 2 counter staff is spended time with 2 visitors.

Slower than a turtle! They need more efficient and skilled staffs! Been there 3 times and the lost patience and left every time because of a 3-4 hour wait no matter how early in the morning you go. You need a full day off to get your work done!

Came to the drive test today my god were the workers stubborn and hard headed. Wanted to get my g1 test and showed the the document and said they couldn’t accept it. Told them that’s the only documents that I have and they said we couldn’t accept it.

The guy in the front desk named “Camron” need some training as he don’t know what documents are needed. Really he didn’t even care to ask the processing person that the document I had is even valid or not. I had enough documents to apply the health card. And he said that’s not valid. And then I talked to other guy and he said you have enough documents.
