Dropped in to make an inquiry about a stone chip in my windshield. Ron advised he was busy and possibly had time later that day to make the repair. Mid afternoon I got a call that he was available to make the repair. 30 minutes later the stone chip was repaired. Thank you Ron for your professionalism and great customer service. Now I am looking to find where the stone chip was. LOL

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After three months of being given the run around and excuses, and practically begging Ron to take my business, I gave up and went with another independently owned auto glass company. What Ron was unable/unwilling to accomplish in three months, Markham Auto Glass made happen in two days. They came right to my house, replaced the windshield in fewer than two hours, AND it cost 25% less than what Ron quoted me. I very much want to support local businesses, but I’ve never seen a business owner work so hard to discourage new customers.
