The first time I got acquainted with staff and the doctor in this dental clinic was when I accompanied my kids for their scheduled dental hygiene. I was satisfied and happy the way they treated us. My kids were so comfortable and not even scared to face the doctor. Of course, it was with the assured assistance of the beautiful, young and friendly doctor (Dr. Elizabeth Keeper) and Patty. With this initial encounter I was moved to schedule my own dental treatment and hygiene. It was successfully done assisted with the friendly and accomodating Alyanna. I really felt being welcomed and accommodated as a person as every procedure is well explained by the knowledgeable doctor. Of course, everything was made possible with the constant follow up of the friendly and accommodating front desk in charge Corryn. Over all, I feel like the clinic is becoming my second home".... Thank you guys!"

Great people. Very friendly and informative throughout my visit. Would be returning and recommend. Obly downside is expensive paid parking. It's not directly related do the dental office but FYI for those who drive.

Best staff ever! Corryn at reception is incredibly friendly and sweet, and Suki was very attentive and answered all of my questions during my appointment. I had my very first root canal done and Dr. Keeper and Alyssa were a dream! They explained the whole process to me and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. 100% would recommend Winnipeg Square Dental to anyone who is looking for professional and caring staff to take care of their teeth!

If there were 6 stars i would have asked for 7 stars. The 5 stars doesn’t do justice for the care and service this organization provides.Staff: starting with the staff, the admin desk Corryn: calm, collected and well put together. Very welcoming and helpful. Understands concerns and sees from your perspective. She introduced me to this place and invited me in and for some reason I couldn’t have said no to her. Makes you feel welcome and comfortable.Joselle(Dental Hygienist): Happy, friendly and personable. She was able to help me with my 1st appointment there and she definitely solidified my 2nd visit.Rhonda (Dental Assistant): i was able to connect with a voice very familiar to where i grew up. And all of a sudden we were talking about back home and just found things we could talk about.Dr.Jerry: I have never met a doctor who has sincerely cared about their patient and their well being so much. He cares about taking care of you before anything else. He is very thorough and honest with his examinations and explanations. He has this witty sense of humour which cracks you up even when you have a small fear of needles.Conclusion: what more do you want to know? This company is a rip off please dont use their service I went through a treatment plan with them and I had to stop the treatment due to personal issue however they did not care about that and started charging me more money as they only care about money I really regret using their service.

I have been going to Winnipeg Square Dental for the past few years, mostly because of its convenient location close to my office. I have never missed an appointment or canceled, and as of late have been going every four months for a regular cleaning. My last two appointments were canceled ON ME because I supposedly didn't confirm my appointment from a text message sent to me, which I never received. The first appointment that was canceled on me, I was left a message they refilled my spot because I didn't respond. The second appointment that was canceled on me (the rebooking of the first cancelation), I showed up and they had simply CLOSED the office early. I guess everyone just wanted to leave early. I left a voicemail message asking what happened and received a phone call the next day indicating that they had reached out numerous times (texts that I never received). When I asked if they possibly were texting an incorrect phone number, I was told that it was the same number they called. Which is impossible as I didn't receive a single text. Which I would have replied to. I am a busy professional who takes time off to go to my cleanings and find this extremely unprofessional. I will be taking my generous dental benefits package to another dentist who values my time as much as I value theirs. Maybe I could understand if I was the type of client who consistently misses appointments or doesn't show up. But I'm not. Disappointing.

The best!! I have been a patient for about 5 years and still going, they offer the best service, very friendly and efficient overall. They also have the best staffs, Charlene and Alyssa love them so much, they've been a great help to me since my Day 1 there in 2016 up until today. Winnipeg Square Dental is the best in Winnipeg, I would recommend it to anyone/everyone.

From the time you make that first phone call, everything is so wonderful - everyone is SO kind, so patient and answered any questions I had.I came in for a cleaning, the hygienist was amazing. I had fun at my appointment, like I was hanging out with a friend. I was also fitted for a night guard for my first time, ever; the entire experience was so neat, painless and gave me some laughs. I also wanted to add that the fit was done perfectly and I’ve been using the guard every night since I’ve picked it up from you guys and really like it!! Thank ALL of you, so, so much! I really love how this office is ran! A fantastic group of people work here!

I started going to this location because of the great deal they had on Invisalign. I now get my regular cleanings here. The staff are so friendly and they do a great job! I saw the dental hygienist Joselle and she was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend to everyone in the area.

Just got my first cleaning, fillings and exam here and I'm really pleased. Super clean and safe office! No wait time, excellent care. Dr. Alayna Alambra was really nice and gentle. I would highly recommend.
