We have always received outstanding service from The Art of Plumbing and Design. Genti and his associates are an absolute pleasure to deal with and they are the only plumber you need to call in the GTA. We hired The Art of Plumbing and Design when we remodeled our bathroom and kitchen and we have also called them in an emergency when our pipes burst and when our sump pump stopped working. In every case, The Art of Plumbing and Design were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in addition to being very competitively priced. When our pipes burst, they responded immediately and located and fixed the leak and when we were renovating, they moved our sink to a new location on the other side of the kitchen and installed our bathtub, shower, and sink. They discussed our ideas and concerns and provided the best solution in every situation. The gentlemen were fantastic at explaining the issue and describing the repairs required. We found both gentlemen to be friendly, respectful, customer service orientated and highly professional and they are skilled at performing the highest quality work quickly. When our Sump pump broke, Genti quickly added us to his schedule and even picked up a new Sump pump and installed it for us the same afternoon that we called him.
