Northern Building is a real deal merchant/supplier.They have reps you can call, place and organise your order, shipped to site.They don’t have it they will find it.Real people who know what they are doing and fantastic pricing.Anything I need I always find it there, top quality!Best in Vancouver, hands down!

Bought some drywall. As a DIYer I was worried that building supply stores would be a hassle for me but Northern Building Supply was great. I got a quote quickly over email, paid with a pre-authorization form with no hassle and the team was responsive and communicated well. The price was reasonable and the team delivered on the day I requested right down into my apartment. They were professional and friendly every step of the way.I definitely recommend and will work with Northern again.

I stopped by Northern Building Supply for some wood for my garden and this Cafe is absolutely amazing. A must try when you visit the shop. They have lots of selection for food and the prices are very reasonable!

Cafe' at Northern building supply.Here is a little gem tucked away were no one will find it. Unless you are buying construction supplies.The food is home cooked and fair pricingFrench toast comb $8.50 .Comes with smiles and thank you.This is for workers and truck drivers and those in the know. Walk up the creaky stairs down the slanted hallway across the twisted floor to the red booths from the 1950's.Don't expect fancy but you get an honest meal fresh an fast.Burgers ,breakfast ,Chinese dishes .

Here you can purchase all your hardware needs such as nails, drill supplies all other building supplies in bulk or individually. I went to buy nuts and bolts for the project I was working on. I researched many other places but was not able to find to suitable place for many reasons because those store sold these items with other items which are not useful so I recommend if you are in need if any building supplies please go there.
