460 Property Management

In the beginning I had several issues with an employee overspending without my knowledge or permission. However, after some discussions and the employee leaving, I've had no further issues.I'm very happy with 460's management of my property/properties.

When we first found our rental with 460 Property me and my wife were very happy. Paying over $3500 rent in Nanaimo would make you think you would get happy people to deal with, Nope! Was lied to from the beginning with this company. From the lawn we have not had access to in over a year and the horrible noise from cars speedingpast the house at night. When we tried to address these issues we were just ignored and told maybe we should move and then they raised our rent!! What a joke this place is!! If you want to deal withunprofessional staff and really just horrible customer support these are your guys!!I've tried to call into get help for the past month, no one will return my calls. The fact I've gotta chase your team around just to get a simple call back is pathetic. Again stay away from this company unless you like being lied to and ripped off.

Our experience with Carol and 460 has been the best! We couldn't be happier with the service we receive. Carol brings a truly wonderful human touch to her work. We work out of our home and have some unique needs which can be challenging to meet. The third property Carol showed us fit the bill perfectly. What few issues we've experienced have been dealt with promptly, professionally, and completely to our satisfaction. With absolutely no hesitation, we recommend 460!

Working in the real estate sales side, I've referred numerous clients the Property Management arm of the 460 Group of Companies and have had nothing but excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

If you have another option for a rental agency, try it. Disappointing experience from a 'landlord' perspective and I know it was disappointing for the eventual tenants. I had to wait 23 days before getting my rent money. I was misrepresented to the tenants, I was lied to. Just a very disappointing experience. I think I might try Air B n'B next time for short term renters.
