I can’t say enough good things about Courtney! We worked with her to get our then 10 mo’s sleep figured out because he was still needing to be nursed multiple times a night and would only nap on my lap, and our previous attempts at pick-up/put-down and Ferber hadn’t really worked. I had such a great conversation with her to start and she gave us an incredibly detailed and super helpful sleep plan. It was based on the conversation we had had (about all the details of his day, his nursing habits, our home), which made it way more helpful than the more generic recommendations I was finding online. Within a week we were noticing a big difference! Being able to text her with questions was amazing. We tried so many things to help with his sleep, and working with her was by far the most helpful. I’ve been telling every parent I know about her!

Courtney Poirier was an incredible resource and supporter for us during a hard four month sleep regression period! We were fully supporting our son to fall asleep and did not know where to even begin to help him fall asleep more independently. We worked with Courtney to sleep train our 5 month old daughter. From the very first meeting with Courtney to develop a sleep plan, you could tell how passionate and caring Courtney was going to be. She listened to the issues we were having and our current schedule and provided us a detailed plan on how to tackle our sleep issues. We also had Courtney come out for Night 1 and Night 3 of sleep training as we just wanted the extra support since this was our first child. I had many questions about the approach and Courtney took time to answer each one so that I felt more comfortable before we began the process. Courtney also continued to follow up for several weeks to see how we and our daughter were doing with the program. Courtney was so awesome to have to help us through this time with our daughter and it was so nice to have someone you knew cared almost as much about your child as you did and wanted the best for her. Thank you again Courtney for all your time and for continuously checking in with us to see how things were going. It really made sleep training so much less stressful knowing we had someone who could answer any questions or concerns we had real time.

Annie is an excellent newborn care expert. She quickly put me at ease the first night and was so kind and loving for the entire 3 months she provided support to our family. She noticed the little things and always kept us updated. Any family would be lucky to work with her!

She made the whole process so easy, smooth, and quick. Within one week I was placed with an amazing family and I am super happy with everything.
