From the very first time we met Ben Spero and Rory Charlton they made us feel like we were in good hands to sell our farmhouse. They explained the process in a very professional manner and gave us advise on getting the house ready for the market. Once we were ready to put on the market, they had it professionally cleaned and beautifully staged. Then they brought in an amazing photographer who took great pictures and did outstanding video of not only the inside of the house but an overhead view of our house and property. So once on the market they set us up on our cell phones to automatically received notification of any viewings . This helped not only with keeping the house fresh eg. Fresh flowers and lawn cutting but to see what was happening in real-time. As selling a home can be quite overwhelming and stressful, they would always keep me calm and informed. If they had to adjust the strategy they would review it with us first.They did what they needed to successfully find a buyer for our home. We highly recommend this amazing and professional team. Who doesn't love someone who will listen to your wants/needs and actually hear you and deliver on it?Ben is that guy for us. He was always available when we had questions even when he was out of the country!! He exceeded well beyond our expectations and our experience was really smooth with no stress attached. We hired Ben and Rory to help us find a home to fit our new family needs during the competitive pandemic market.Since this wasn’t our first home we had specific needs and budget, and with the low inventory on the market this process took a fairly long time (compared to when we purchased our first home). They were very patient with us and did not hesitate to book last minute showings for us. If Ben was booked, Rory would take us to see a listing and vice versa.We finally found a home in the neighbourhood that we really wanted and we purchased it at a fair price thanks to Ben’s advice.When it came to listing our first home, Ben went above and beyond helping us get it ready for the rental market and Rory gave us great advice for staging and touch ups.We will definitely be working with the Key & Co. team again should the opportunity strike one day.
