I have Dave and his crew to fix up a crack in my basement wall. I am super happy with their service. The price is very reasonable. Dave has been vert patient in explaining the process and went over a few suggestions. And yes..Life time transferrable warranty.

We contacted Dave and his team to help us fill two cracks at the side of our home, going down into the basement. Dave and his team were professional and transparent about everything that they were going to do to fix the cracks. They also helped us to fill minor cracks along the house and gave us tips on how to reduce condensation inside the house. They cleaned up everything and left the basement in great shape. We had some wood panelling that had to be taken apart for the procedure, but they helped us to put it back in. As a bonus, we had a wasp infestation near the doorway of our house. For everyone's safety, Dave went to buy a spray to eliminate the wasps - free of charge. We are completely satisfied with the service we received from Wise Cracks and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering their service.

Dave and his team waterproofed our basement. They did half in the spring and just came back to finish the other half once we were ready. He is friendly, professional and communicative. Dave and his team did a great job. For such a messy job (digging up the concrete) they left our basement clean as if they’ve never been there. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone having basement issues.

David was extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable. I had him in to check out a sump pump that was leaking. He was able to identify a few other areas of the house that could be improved by simple changes to protect against water as well as dealing with the urgent matter at hand. He sent a detailed report with his suggestions, laid out in order of urgency which was very helpful.I would highly recommend!

We had issues with water seeping into the basement through the footings in two corners. I asked Wisecracks if they could provide a solution to the issue and It took Dave a very short time to come up with options. I took his advice and they came in and fixed the problem doing a great job and staying on quote. Long story short, he solved the issue and we now have a dry basement! David and his team were punctual, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I had water leaking into my basement from a service line replacement. David and team had it all fixed in under an hour and when I had a tiny additional leak they came back and dealt with it promptly. Since then, despite the 2023 snow/thaw weather, my basement has been dry! David also took the time during the initial quote visit to explain what they were going to do and how the product would work. We had Wise Cracks Kingston pour the pad for our hot tub and dig the trench required for the electrical supply. They showed up at the promised times and did all of the work in accordance with their estimate and on schedule. On a couple of areas I requested additional work they were great at fitting that in as well.
