We needed some new carpet in our basement and were very happy with the whole process. Options, communication, pricing, availability, and the final install was all a great experience. I had a fantastic experience with Aaron. After our house got water damaged, we were on the hunt for the exact same engineered hardwood flooring. The brand (Kraus) had stopped that side of the business I believe so that specific flooring was discontinued. Luckily, End of the Roll had some left in stock and Aaron had it shipped from BC in a timely manner. We got a fantastic deal on it too! We couldn't have been happier. Thank you so much Aaron!

He helped us to choose from a massive selection and offered opinions on matching the vinyl with the carpet. The installation went flawlessly, the gentlemen that did the work were knowledgeable, courteous and fast. They did an amazing job and for the price I couldn't even fathom doing it myself. They have earned all future business from me. Definitely a class act business in my opinion.

Exceeded my expectations for vinyl plank flooring installation replacing carpet & laminate.From the start of my experience dealing with Aaron in store & providing the quote to his follow-up throughout the work, he demonstrated his commitment to ensuring I was happy with our project.Installers Joe & Kevin were fantastic! They were neat while working (cleaning up as they went along and especially in the evenings knowing it was still our home). Joe exceeded expectations in the tricky bits" of connection to the fireplace stone and also the transitions between existing tile and the new vinyl plank making for seamless transitions. Throughout the installation they were personable and professional.I love my new floor! I love the look & feel (so much quieter to walk on than the hardwood laminate)."

With so many supply chain issues causing delays in finishing my DIY home reno, I was *so* grateful for Billy at End of the Roll! With pretty much every flooring and hardware store saying they had no solutions, Billy listened to my needs for the flooring project, and found the PERFECT sheet roll product in inventory to cut onto the landings of my spiral staircase. Contractor quotes were in the 3000 range, but after hearing my sqft needs, Billy came through with a durable product that clocked out at 177CAD! Not only does the finished product look amazing (if I do say so myself) but the customer service was a breath of fresh air! Many thanks to Billy at EotR!
