The sausage egg & cheese looked decent in the display case. After asking for it to be toasted/warmed up, it was still very cold in the middle. Also this was probably the most tasteless bland and dry bagel I have ever had. Thankfully I purchased a water to try and wash it down. I will never ever eat at Upper Crust again.

This place has fresh baguette and they have their own Bakery where they make fresh muffins, cookies and pastries. Plus it include sushi salad and panini. Moreover the drinks- pop coffee tea. In the morning till 10 they have breakfast bagels.

Not good. Sandwiches look appealing. Bread is dry and hard like its been sitting out for a week. Vegetables inside seem fresh thats why 2 stars not one. Ate it just because bought it and few options.

Why do airport cafes and food outlets charge so much? $17 for two bacon egg cheese croissants. Sitting in a cold space drying out the egg, asked to heat it up found it partially cold middle and crumbling crust. Suggest you eat before coming to the airport.

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced…even for Pearson Airport as most places to eat are bad in my opinion. The baguette was stale with very little content. I will never go back

The Turkey Bacon Club sandwich was delicious. My only reason for taking away 1 star was the price. But it’s airport food so the price is normal. Coffee is great too!

Tuna sandwich is over priced and terrible. Don't even have option to add lettuce. Bring your own food! Terminal 1 has terrible restaurants.

Quite expensive and deceptiveWow - I never would have imagined this could be possible. The sandwiches are so thinly sliced on the side that only half of the stuffing is needed. Weird and one star
