Great place for anything tool related

I received excellent customer service today at the Brampton Brafasco on heart lake road. She was professional, she knew her stuff, and was very kind. I needed parts but was confused on what I needed to buy, I showed her pictures of the parts and she figured out what I needed, Customer service 10/10.

Work all over the GTA and most times drive the extra mile to go to this location. Very knowledgeable staff and always ready to suit your needs!

Excellent professional customer service. The salesperson I dealt with was both exceedingly helpful and accommodating. They took the time to help me problem-solve an unconventional demo build. I'll be making this my Brafasco location of choice from now on. Compared to the Mississauga location, the Brampton folks should give customer service workshops to them. Top-shelf Brampton!

COVID-19 UPDATE!!! Open for business. Walk in or pre order.Picked up some quarter inch fender washers and some screws for a job. The place is pretty clean and well stocked. A little on the pricey side but the location is convenient, so it’s easier than driving to Mississauga.

I received excellent help from Brampton Brafasco store today. I called over 20 places trying to find what we needed to order quickly. No one had our parts in stock and no one could get it faster from the manufacturer than 2-5 business days. The staff at Brafasco were knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, positive and told me they could likely get the part in from the manufacturer that same-day, which they did! Thank you to the team at Brafasco in Brampton for excellent customer service and for literally saving our renovation from falling behind schedule when we were in a pinch trying to order hard-to-get parts.

The interaction started typically, I called in to see if a specific fastener was in stock. A representative at this location informed me that they in fact do the specific fastener in house, and that they could have a quantity of them ready for me to pick up immediately.Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a different Brafasco representative, whom I informed that I had called in an order. Unfortunately, the representative on the phone did not take any of my information. So the in store Brafasco representative then looks at me with a blank stare, and does nothing to further my order. I continue to provide the information I do have, however he continues to stare at me blankly.Another representative overheard us, and quickly came over with a box of fasteners, as he was the one I spoke to on the phone. Unfortunately, he misunderstood my fastener requirements, and they were not what I needed, mistakes happen. What i do not appreciate is what happened next.The first representative I was speaking to now just shrugs his shoulders and says he can't help. No suggestions of alternatives, does not check stock of the warehouse location in Vaughn, doesn't tell me lead times if i were to order the bolt now, doesn't even apologize for the misunderstanding. I then ask questions about what they do have in stock, however he was not interested in answering. I felt as though he had no interest in helping me and just wanted me to leave.I called another Brafasco location, where they performed all of the above steps, and although they could not provide me the exact fastener I was looking for, provided me with a viable solution which I purchased the same day.

Can’t do in store debit refunds, so if you do a return they’ll mail you your refund by cheque which is expected to take 2-3 weeks. I’ll believe it when I see it. Absolutely stupid store policy.

I am still processing the events I witnessed today at Brafasco. I popped in for a box of small screws. The young lad who served me could not have been more helpful and soon returned from the rear of the store with my box of screws. He then went on to tell me that the store had a minimum purchase policy" of $25.00 and that my $2.00 or $3.00 dollar box of screws would now cost $25.00 plus HST.I struggled for a few moments to cope with this "Alice" moment and confess to being a little vocal while trying to work out the logic of this business plan. A somewhat senior sales associate joined in the conversation and informed me that all "trade" hardware suppliers had the same policy. I know this is not the case as I have shopped at Bolts+ in the past with no such demands.An incredibly short-sighted way of doing and encouraging local business if you ask me.
