Vision Center At Walmart

I came into the Vision Centre with an emergency today, unable to see without my contacts because I had forgotten to pack my lenses while on a trip.After explaining my situation, Harman and Susan from the store started helping me immediately.Harman and Susan were went through a series of hurdles to find the right customer information, calling their managers asking try track down my profile.They were both quick on their feet, kind and responsible. Harman also did her due diligence to make sure my vision was correct before dispensing a sample so that I could see for the rest of the 2 away from home on my trip. They both went out of their responsibilities to help me out, I’m beyond grateful for their exceptional customer service!

Harman's help with my new glasses was exceptional. Taking my preferences, my prescription and what felt comfortable and suited me, I found a wonderful pair of glasses. She took time to tweak the frames until it felt just right. I have never had anyone take such care in helping me find glasses, which is always a bit intimidating. A great experience.

When I went in I was looking for a pair of glasses for my son. He’s 4 so he plays rough and the pair that we paid over $400 for kept breaking, so we had to get back ups and he has to have them as his one eye is practically blind. As soon as I walked in she was very annoyed with me she said * can I help you*, again she was rude when she said this. I told her my situation and she continued to ignore me. I didn’t leave I was waiting patiently for a reply which took 5 minutes for me to get she didn’t look at me but then she got up real fast and said *this is the only selection we have* again very annoyed and rude to me,so I started looking. She then said * you better go somewhere else because I’m not going to sell you glasses and give you a warranty if he’s going to destroy them* again she was really rude. She walked away before I could say anything and I said well do you not have better straps for kids and she showed me ones and I said they always break and they are to big for him these aren’t for kids. She rolled her eyes and was like well I don’t know what to tell you and then she just left.I felt hurt and angry because I was treated so disrespectfully, I didn’t get any help. I’m a mom with 2 kids and my husband is only home on weekends and sometimes every other weekend because of his job. I finally had a day off from my job to get some errands done and spend some time with my daughter. It’s not easy and when someone like that women who is suppose to help me and give me the best customer service she can give well it really hurt when she was so rude and didn’t want to bother with me. I work with customers all the time and even though I’m having a bad day I shove that to the side put on a happy face and I do the best I can to help them and make them feel welcome. I would not come back here for the lack of everything.

What a great experience. Harman Kaur was extremely helpful and made sure that we received the glasses that suited us, including making professional suggestions for our sunglasses so that they would be suitable for our face as well as give proper sunlight coverage all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour. We will be happy to have her assistance in the future.

Please stop putting Open sign out when no one can repair, sell, dispense or take orders. Only open when Susan is there..she seems to be the only one who can do these things and is Great at it. Please post her hours so we, the poor eyed people, don't have to continue to waste $$ driving to your open location that cannot service customers. FYI Susan is great, professional and has skills and knowledge...unfortunately I have not experienced this with any other staff there at Belleville Walmart vision center.

My daughter was in for an eye exam, and found the staff to be extremely rude and disrespectful. spicy" is the term she used about the staff.When I called to clarify some questions about the charges and visit today

I came in here October 21 in desperate need of replacing my sons glasses, we attended the Walmart vision centre here in Belleville Ontario and to be honest my son was extremely happy the cost was affordable and the help was beyond friendly and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this location 10/10! Look forward to future visits ☺️

Very fast friendly service repairing my glasses . Will definitely go back and recommend them !
