I left my cargobike here last Saturday while I did some shopping and got something to eat downtown. It was so simple (much easier that fiddling with all my locks) and conveniently located — not to mention nice to know my bike was totally secure.Wish I’d thought to get some photos.The people staffing the booth were also very friendly and helpful.I’ll definitely use it from now on when I’m downtown for as long as the pilot is running.Highly recommend it to anyone going downtown by bike.

Just used it today, Sunday March 19, 2023. Best part is a FREE registration to Project 529 Garage. Improves your chances at getting your bike back if it stolen.Overall very efficient and friendly. You get a bike tag on a ring with a clip. Easy to connect to your other keys if you are carrying them.

What a great service. Quick, secure, friendly. We stored our e-bikes there, had lunch in town, did some shopping and realized that coming downtown was once again fun.

The service is excellent and the staff very friendly. I was worried they may not be able to accommodate my cargobike with trailer... but it was no problem, they have set aside an area just for cargobikes.will happily use again, thanks to the city of Victoria.

This service is a great idea and I appreciate that they have expanded their hours of operation, but it needs to further expand them so that people working downtown outside of 9-5 can truly benefit. It closes when it's needed most (when there's the most theft).Local businesses should focus on initiatives like this rather than crying over government employees working from home.

I used the bike valet last week when I went to get a haircut. No problem storing my mid tail cargo bike, super fast and friendly. It’s amazing being able to head downtown and park my bike (second car) without worry about it being stolen.I just wish they’d be open later so I could go for a date night with my wife on the bike. Biking is the best way to go downtown.

Like the security hate the service. I checked my bike Saturday noon June 3rd older lady looking after customers was snippy and had a real attitude. She didn't seem comfortable handling bikes, especially the bigger e-cargo bikes. Didn't instill a lot of confidence that my new bike was in good hands. I offered to help her with it, and that's when she snapped back, No one's allowed back here." I almost wanted to just ride away. If you can't be courteous to people coming downtown to shop

I’ve used it four or five times now and spent more time walking around town and shopping/eating because it. I hope to see this made permanent and expanded. Although the free price is nice, if a modest fee can help it become permanent and expand that would be well worth it. Perhaps this could be the seed for several more locations that would evolve into an access-card controlled system where the access cards double as transit passes…
