the service in itself was good. employees are really nice and helpful but the manager is extremely rude (shes there half the time). she doesn’t help, if you ask a question she’ll answer with a tone and she’s on her phone most of the time even the employees are more professional then her. i bought a cat there 2 years ago and i loved him. i was interested in buying a specific cat last week. the manager was SO rude to the animal and me so i came a back the next day to find she wasn’t there and the most any people helped me out. so i called YESTERDAY to see if the cat was still there i tried calling twice no one answered so the last time i called they finally answered and they told me he was still available i told them to save him for me. they said they will but when i came to pick him up he was gone i asked and they said they sold it. anyway the manager is an awful person but the employees are the nicest. overall its a nice place even if it seems unwelcoming and the animals are well treated.

Number one Pet shop in Montreal! I got the two best cats !! I have gone to this place for fish supplies, high quality animal food at really great prices.

I bought 2 male budgies in 2020 February from this place. Little did my sis and I knew these budgies were sick. Within 2 weeks of buying it, they were puffy and not doing well. When brought to vet, after assessing our home environment, which had no issues for the birds, and taking scans. The vet said they developed digestive infections for awhile and may be possible from poor breeding from farms or low maintenance of pet store. Because it was beginning of pandemic and we entered lockdown. We couldn't give it back. So we took care of them with extra precaution then an owner would for normal bird, due to its weak immune system. Despite all precautions, one died in 2021 and other one in 2022. We paid almost 1000$ per year for each of them to the vet. They said to avoid small pet stores as they may not consider the health of these birds or any other pets. Please do your research and buy at better place your pets.

I bought a cat from them recently and had a very good experience! Helpful and very good staff and owner. My cat got sick, but they were ready to pay for all medications and take care of my cat themselves. Since all their cats are rescued they dont have any history on them, which makes sense! They provided the needed help without hesitation. I am very happy customer!

A chill place. The gross prices FYI: Budgie 40$, Cockatiel 400$. Two types of parrots are 200$ and 600$, Bunnies 70$, Hamster 25$. There are also kittens, various fishes and birds.

Bought our first dog there, and have been going back ever since. Great customer service, always friendly. Another user's comment about their return policy is true, but they were upfront with me about it from the beginning and it's clearly written by the cash. The animals all look well cared for, even the small rodents and the fish. Very happy with them.

Horrible experience. Bought a kitten and we discovered a few weeks later that he was sick with ringworm (a fungal infection that requires extensive, months-long treatment). Our vet says the proper practices were not followed by this store and their vet. We had to bring him back. My kids are devastated.

I went in to replace one of my daughter's fish that died and they were super nice and very helpful. She explained to me what the big store we originally bought the fish from never did about proper maintenance. A few weeks later, my daughter called me very upset that her filter stopped working and made me promise to get a new one before something bad happened to her fish. I went back to the store and asked for a new filter machine, the owner asked me what happened and then explained that those machines almost never break. She showed me on one of hers in store how to take it apart, clean it, test it and put it back. She even offered to walk me through it over the phone if I had trouble. I went home, followed instructions and voila! Fixed! I thought it was special when a store tells you how to avoid buying something and really looks out for your best interests!

We got 2 beautiful healthy kittens and a gorgeous fish tank here!! Kind, patient service that goes over and beyond. We highly recommend this pet shop, for ALL your pet needs! The staff is so kind and helpful. I will always be grateful to the wonderful staff here and continue to shop here for anything animal related. Thank you, Anne and staff ❤️❤️❤️
