Terrible. They just started to ignore me, email addresses were no longer valid, never returned calls, totally ghosted me. I would have been happier if they told me the suit didn't go well, or even if they made a mistake. But to totally ignore more, is totally unprofessional

We were not sure at first, Martin and team heard my family's case (family MVA). I knew the courts take time and this would be a process. Zaineb was overall good to deal with. Sometimes took awhile to make a connection for an update, but she would eventually connect. 4 years after taking the case we finally got things resolved and a settlement.Overall we would consider using them again, but hope we never need their services again for obvious reasons. Thanks Zaineb! :)
