I'm not one to write reviews but I was/am so impressed with Parkers of Burlington that I had to leave one! I reached out to Parkers of Burlington (at 3040 New Street in Burlington), as they came highly recommended by the wedding store where I purchased my dress. Karen" was absolutely incredible with not only providing her expertise and guidance but the quality of work is beyond anything I could have imagined. Simply put...the dress looks brand new!! Even when I dropped the dress off and picked it up again

New to Burlington and thought I would try this dry cleaning services - first off, the warm greeting from the staff and owner is awesome, as a small business owner myself, he seems to remember me, the fact that we are new to the area and know me by name. I’m a weekly customer and find their service and care in our garments, right down to the quality of the hangers - first class. Top notch customer service and quality.

I'm not someone who dry cleans ever, but I needed my wedding dress dry cleaned (it was filthy). Parkers came highly recommended. I just picked it up and was blown away the dress looks cleaner than when I purchased it, and it was hung in a way to preserve its shape over time. I don't know what I was expecting but they went well above my expectations.

I went in today with a new shirt that needed to be steamed. First time going into their shop i was met not only with a very positive friendly manner , but they were only too quick to do it while i waited . They just gain d a customer and i would highly recommend this business. Thank you again o greatly appreciate your help today .

We had a time-sensitive need and our regular dry-cleaner was not able to accommodate us. I explained the situation to the owner at Parkers and he immediately found a way to make it happen. I will now be using Parkers for all of our dry-cleaning needs. Thank you for your care and excellent service.

I highly recommend this dry cleaner. They have been the most honest and reliable dry cleaner I have ever had. They took great care with everything I took to them and never ruined a thing. Their staff are friendly, their turn-around times efficient and their work excellent. I had to move recently for work and will miss taking my clothes to them.

I've been using Parkers for 20 years now and all I can say is, wow! There is no other dry cleaners I'd rather use. I have trusted them with my finest silk shirts and dresses, my Burberry coat, my husband's shirts and everything in between. Today the owner himself helped me treat a stain on a silk shirt needed urgently for this weekend. Now that's customer service! It's what they do! We drive from North Burlington because they are worth the drive. They also have a pick up and delivery service which I will take advantage of next time. Thanks Dion Walton and all your staff!

Decided to start using Parkers as we are starting to get back to the office and had to get my 2-year stale shirts freshened up. I am glad I did. The work is done on site (virtually unheard of these days - and this makes a difference) and the quality of the work shows. There is great attention to detail and care taken with my garments - including knowing to flat-press certain pants and crease others, effective stain removal, quality pressing and appropriate starching... The owner also seems like a very down-to-earth individual who cares about his business.I highly recommend giving Parkers a try...

I had a tapestry that my parents had owned since the 1970's cleaned by Parkers of Burlington in the hope of having it restored and eventually framed. I was extremely pleased with the final product! The tapestry had been exposed to many years of smoking, dust and dirt and now it looks brand new. Thanks to their amazing effort! I would definitely recommend Parkers of Burlington for your dry cleaning needs!
